How to Use Your Blue Recycling Bin

Place recyclables in your blue container for pick-up once a week or drop-off recyclables at the Recycling Center, 4101 N. Bentsen. Multi-family complexes are encouraged to bring recyclables to the center. What is recyclable? Paper, plastic, aluminum, cardboard and glass to begin with. Please put newspaper, magazines and catalogs in plastic bags to keep them clean. Cereal and cardboard boxes need to be flattened. Here is a step by step instruction of how it all works.
