Noreen, stop using DT mesh, it is the worst. Instead consider purchasing deco mesh from CraftOutlet.com. Not only is the quality so much better but the prices are better for what you will be buying.
Oh Rosemarie, the possibilities are endless of what you can create using any color combinations. You can find the boards at Unique in the Creek.com or some of the online craft places like The Wreath Shop carry them. I bought mine from Amazon using a bundle pack, which I am sharing using my affiliate link from Amazon: amzn.to/42If4XE

Cute but why would u put the purple next to purple and then put 2 pink next to each other plus next to the pink bow? Ur finished product, both pinks looks the same, thus too pink heavy. U should have put the 2 purples in the other sides and the pink Tulips in the center, but I think since u have pink in the ribbon u should have used pink Tulips instead of the 2 purples. Also the other 2 videos made on this did the same thing putting 2 colors next to each other. I think the version I saw where the Tulips are scattered looked the best.
I did not say she did a bad job, but she definitely failed is being a good graphic designer. She should not have put the 2 purples together and then the 2 pinks together. I went to college and have a Marketing/Advertising/Graphic Design w Minor is Computer Graphics from top Webster University, this got be my job designing brands for Anheuser Busch....so I know what's a "bad design" . She could have picked 2 more different colors and no problem, but again as a Graphic Designer & as a "Creative Crafter", when u all put this on your front door, the colors all together like this, look like blobs! U can't see they are Tulips from the street! So to fix this issue, it really is best to scatter the colors like a real bouquet in a vase would look. Nobody vases up w the same color next to each other. Let's get real now, just cuz u can put a RUclips channel up, does not mean at all you went to any kind of College for Design? SOOOoooo...even the crafter can take some design lessons too! Has she put this on a door and stood at the street and was able to see Tulips? or big blob of purple and blob of pink like a pink "L" w some green. Ask a stranger or a neighbor, cuz if not, all those driving by have no clue and u will ruin ur chances of local sales and at craft fairs when this is what they see before coming up close. U lost the sale when from afar they had no clue what it was, so how do u get the sale back? U take advice aka constructive criticism from real "designers" or from anyone that has the balls to let u know the issues they see & why they won't buy this from u...unless u fix it. So be prepared to pack this up from the craft fair, cuz u didn't take some strangers good advice. ....and now im done w today's "lesson" for those that have the nerve to "slam me" for my comment, I never said it was ugly, never said she did a bad job. Only said the colors next to each other will be a big blob mess from the distance. SO whatever, i tried to help u all sell this design by fixing the issues. In today's world, its sad u think u know everything and when someone like me tries to help teach u to see issues, u just attack us! Happens all the time now in craft groups, u all lie how beautiful a wreath is and they do a fair and make 1,2 or no sales...cuz u refuse to take construction critism but u have no problem not shutting up when we just "try" to help! So Whatever!!

As a former training specialist, there are a few people who will get things quickly and that struggle with learning, while the majority get things in the pace I teach. In order to make sure that everyone understands every aspect I pace my tutorials this way. People who need a faster or slower pace can speed or slow down the tutorial as need so everyone gets it.

Can I make my own triangle board out of foam board
Amanda, I don't think it would support the weight of all the mesh and zip ties. You can definitely try it though and see.
