    I think you might have given up on your channel..... Perhaps just a bit too early. This topic has gained a lot of traction since then. No one is giving tutorials on how to make winter petticoats. And winter bloomers for these skirts. You are very talented. Perhaps you might try again? Either way, I loved your video. Thank you.

    Do you think I would be able to change the pattern enough to make it just functional? I want to make one for a extra layer of warmth under wool skirts but don’t want any extra fullness, thanks!

      Absolutely! Just don't add the ruffles, cording, or gathers at the waist and it will be much less full! It will still have SOME extra volume just because of the thickness quilting adds, but it doesn't need to have as much poof as mine does :)
