Yes, it was pre-recorded on April 25th, I believe. So IU doesn't usually announce her guests for Palette. But only for D.O. she released a teaser since she is a huge fan of his. She even went out of her way to squeeze in time in the middle of her tour schedule just to record this with a D.O. I am an ultimate D.O. and IU fan. So this duet is a dream come true! I am waiting for the official collaboration of these two to come into fruition. Thanks for sharing the love with this D.O. reaction!

I thought it was funny how she mentioned on the show that although his songs seem like they would be easy to sing, they aren’t. That’s some skill - to sing a song that’s really hard and make it look super easy. I just love him so much and am amazed all the time by his talent which I know came through hard work and discipline. However, he is always so humble. Thank you both for reacting to and appreciating Kyungsoo.

I was hoping that you would react to this she has the voice of an angel n DO is just DO he sung with so much passion n emotion but when they sang together the harmony was fabulous, extraordinary theirs was a perfect fit I've played it over n over. IU is the perfect host it was good to see DO look comfortable and at ease. She gently gave him suggestions to help him get used to looking at the camera. Was funny to watch her become flustered when she read her suggestions for his fanbase absolutely loved the show.
