For all the beginnerout there best advice is that need to do things right from the beginning. If you don't have experience seek for some help. Find fitness coach and invest in a meal plan. Good thing for me I didn't need coach. I just got meal plan from Next Level Diet. I was losing 10 pounds a month.
Well, that seems interesting, but not believable losing 10 pounds... But I will try it.

Best video i’ve seen in a long time
Understanding the different routines and diets required for seemingly similar but totally different training is fascinating. Eddie is training for boxing. He has a mad daily routine and diet. However his strongman daily routine and diet would have been just as mad. Back in the day Schwarzenegger's routine would have been equally difficult but totally different. Schwarzenegger was just for looks. It's crazy! Well done to all of you! 👍👍👍
