11:51 As someone with bpd and autism it’s always been hard to determine when a friendship is toxic or when it’s time to leave. I still have a lot of trouble with friendships in general. This video has helped incredibly as it provides further clues on how to recognize when I need to go and stay. That mirror exercise made me cry when I heard the words. I have such trouble with self hatred and believing everything that ever happened to me was my fault.
This video helped me understand better how to end friends/relationships before they become toxic or abusive. Thank you so much ❤️.
Going through a break up right now 😀👍 yay
