The apple ripens mid-late season and is harvested best directly off the tree when it’s almost perfectly ripe. You will get two weeks out of it in the refrigerator. Enjoy those sublime weeks!
The Cox Orange Pippin Apple is a great apple for #ciders and #juices. The apple also tastes great dehydrated and made into dry-fruit chips. The dehydration compacts all the concentrated flavors together and makes a great snack in the winter when there’s no super fresh-fruit laying around.
The apple is meant for #mildsummerclimates. Not for hot, dry summer climates. The apple would be grown great anywhere along the coast of California and New York area. The Cox Orange Pippin Apple is great for any climates with #highhumidity that tempers the heat of the summertime.
The Cox Orange Pippin Apple is often pointed out for having a beautiful, #citrussmell. You can pick up hints of cherry, melon, orange, and mango through the skin.
The Cox Orange Pippin Apple has nice white flesh so you know it’s a very #cleanapple. This apple has a bit of a crunch and when you bite into it, you immediately taste #sprightliness and the #cherry jumps right out at you.
The Cox Orange Pippin Apple is a variety that belongs in everyone’s yard. It’s precocious, meaning it sets early, and it sets many fruits. It is paired best with a #pollinator. This apple is a top #heirloomapple variety, is easy to grow, and #adapts to many climates. Don’t miss it!

The enthusiasm you had for this apple was extremely palpable. This was already my number 1 apple to try, but you somehow made me want to try it even more. Please never stop making quality content.
Recently tried one. It's probably the perfect apple. Juicy, nuanced, nice acid with just the right amount of sweetness
Lovely to hear all those positive remarks because Ihave a Cox's Orange Pippin' in my backyard. My Granny Smith tree did not survive so my tree has never borne fruit. I have been weeding around it & I recently planted a Golden Delicious near it so I hope I will have fruit in the future. Thank you for your informative video.
Just ordered my bare root cox for the garden. Looking forward to planting it thank you
