- We had the pleasure of interviewing Bjorn Andersen, former boy star of Luchino Visconti's Death in Venice, at the Nordic Film Fest.

The interviewer is abysmal
I think that Visconti did in many ways ruined his life. Here we see exactly why he struggles to talk about it. It is because Visconti is literally treated like a god and not like the man that made a 15 year old take his clothes off on an addition as well as making a movie that sexualized the said 15 year old to no end. The Death in Venice is no master piece. It's a good enough movie but it has a very wrong message. As well as it is encourages people to see 15 year olds as ... objects, not like real people. Tazio should have at least had some dialog lines that would have explored him as a person but no... He is just a pretty face.
