Plas Punisher can be fired from behind and over when you learn how to arc it. I can take out bots behind walls with it or bots coming at me from a distance while still standing behind cover. That is an important difference maker to consider.
Couldn't agree more about slug shotgun, the devs complain it was like a sniper, but those guns have great range. Before it was perfect, stagger plus range minus scope, snipers range plus scope and no stagger, that is balance..... Hope they really take a good look, 'cause the buff was a big meh
Always been a gripe for me when shotguns are always considered close range weapons only and just use birdshot acting like buckshot. But even buckshot will reach out and touch someone easily at 50 yards... Only reason some shotguns are closer range is because they have a crappy single sight on the barrel IRL(or none) so hard to line up a shot at range.

I forgive it in pvp games with small environment such as COD, but in a game like HD 2 is much less forgivable, specifically since they have been in record saying they want a realistic feel and they have spend lot of efforts in reload animations that it just feels like a completed oversight failure what the slug has become. Hands down the worst shotgun in the game.
@@robertoro4411 I use to go hunting when I was younger so we had a 20, 12 and 10 guage shotgun. Hitting a dear 100 yards(91m) with a slug wasn't easy because of the simple sights as I mentioned but once you learn your gun it wasn't hard and they hit hard.
not really primary related, but i made a build with the GL (grenade launcher), supply pack, HMG emplacement and any sentry (preferably ems or regular mortar) and you dig trenches with the GL and you place the sentries in it and shoot put of it
Best tier list ive seen. Everyone puts cookout in c or d tier. Never understood why. Thing slaps against pots. Personally I like the flamethrower weapons against bots. It takes a unique playstyle. I usually take hazmat armour. Gas grenades/ orbital gas strike, smoke Eagle and a flamethrower (with shield backpack for stray shots). Gas strike to confuse and blind. Smoke aswell for anything out of range also feels like it stacks with the blinding of gas, and just walk through with flamethrower. Can melt anything with it even the real big fabricator boys if you're swifty enough. Has nothing to do with this video but flamethrower pistol is amazing on bots. Best sidearm imo
I’m thinking the same thing! Other RUclipsrs seems to never used the cookout against bots. The stagger literally uppercuts all types of devastators and berserkers pinning them in place as they slowly get COOKED. Even firing at long ranges, you’re still able to kill bots with the fire damage over time!!
I gotta disagree with you on the Lib pen. It's reduced recoil compaired to the adjudicator means you can put bursts on target vs devestators and pop their heads more reliably with an total ammo capacity increase. The adjudicator and lib pen are both double taps to devestator heads, double tap to small bots and equal ability in virtually every other regard. The only place the adjudicator surpasses it is the rounds to kill a scout strider through the legs/ crotch plate.
Lib pen is seriously a solid gun. I use it in semi auto. Once you practice you can take out a dozen enemies including some devastators with just one mag fairly fast.
Plasma shotgun enjoyer. But now trying AR. Found that penetrator is better than adjudicator in landing my shots. Tag support with mg gatling sentry prevent from overrun.
