When mine arrived in the mail, it glitches out in the sign in area of googplay, google, email, etc. This means I can't connect to download apps. I can connect to the internet. But it glitches on signins which you have to put in to access app downloads. And without being able to do that I can't use this device to work. I got the device for work for word processing. But I can't do that without a word processor app, that I can't download because it messes up trying to connect. Could use advise, help. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.
