Pile 1 - it is mainly referring to my ex who suddenly reappeared in my life and showed his true colours. I told him goodbye for good but I deeply loved that man. But he did not know how to love! I was traumatised by it! and it is taking time. I feel at times that it is impossible to get those negative conversations out of my head. I KNOW spirit wants me to let go and I am trying my absolute best, but when those thoughts come in a hundred times a day I am just spending huge amounts of energy trying to detach. If anyone has any suggestions (done therapy and I now spend time in nature, I meditate, I write, I go to shamanic breathwork sessions, you name it) I'd love to hear from you. But I tell you - this is damn hard! It's only been 2 months since this happened so it's not like it's been years. But it seems the harder I try the worse it gets - these thoughts in my head about him and how he hurt me. It's horrible. I swing from having compassion for his inner child, to rage, to grief about my loss and round and round. It is a form of PTSD for sure. What does spirit know about PTSD??? It's so easy for spirit to say just let go but I say be a human for a day and you try!!! LOL!!!
