Speaking of praying outloud or in silent depending on where you are. I really LOVE praying in my thoughts when I lay down to fall asleep. It adds up so quick. It's very therapeutic as well. Instead of worrying or anything else, you're building on the Kingdom and helping people. I just think of something that needs prayers and think Jesus name over and over or think God bless, over and over. Sometimes I think about whatever God wants me to pray about most, and pray for that, even though I have no idea what it might be.
