Great Stuff Ian! On your last look, curious about how fast you pushed shutter speed and if you had to change settings on the camera/flash to accommodate the "action" without getting to much blur?

Thanks Matt! I didn't change the shutter speed, the flash speed is quick enough to freeze the motion :)

This may be a dumb question. I’m new at this and I want to know do you always use a flash when you shoot or do you light and shoot as is?

The lights I often use in the studio are strobes/flash lights. You could also shoot using continuous lights rather than flash if you prefer :)

Thanks! I don't usually give light power settings as it will be different for everyone depending on what lights you use, the space you're shooting in, distance from light to subject etc. Camera settings are always the same; 1/200, F5.6, ISO 200.
