I read a book years ago titled, "The Prisoner's Wife" by Asha Bandele. It tells her story about meeting, falling in love with, marrying and having a child with an incarcerated man. It's a beautifully written book, but like Emma here, she's trying too hard to convince us of her spouse's good qualities. These relationships rarely end well (***spoiler***) so I truly hope Emma keeps her wits about her, especially when Curtis is released.

Honestly who came up with a show like this. So there is an interview, but no actual explanation of how this all came about first as a show. Id honestly only like to hear that to be honest. Everything else after is garbage. Her parents should be ashamed of themselves actually going on a show backing this. She clearly has been handed everything hee entire life by her "enablers" her parents. Parents when he actually phycically harms her which he will. Prison is there for a reason for where he was thrown in. For a REASON. You allowing it is beyond me and actually broadcasting this. Its clear the parent's are to blame. Ludacris

She seems lovely but I were her parent, I would be concerned.
I like the show so far it’s a few steps above love after lockup in my opinion less circus a bit more realistic.
