- LONDON TRAVEL VLOG! My first full day in London was AMAZING! We got the one-day London Pass and got more than our money’s worth by visiting FOUR of London’s most popular attractions: The Shard (tallest building in the UK), the London Bridge Experience (a theatrical & terrifying retelling of the history of the London Bridge), we climbed to the top of the Tower Bridge and walked on glass bottom floors high over London and the Thames River, and finished the day at the amazing and historic Tower of London! I LOVE THIS CITY and there is more to come!!! Thanks so much for your well wishes and support as I travel Europe for my first time ever!!

Lovely video. As a 65 year old Londoner I can promise you that it is impossible to see all of London and it's official "100,000+ Places Of Interest " in one lifetime..lol
Isleofskye yes I can see that! I love everyone’s suggestions in the comments but it’s hard bc I could visit a million times and not have time to do all the wonderful things ppl suggest! I try my best tho!
As a former Londoner(i have'nt lived there for pretty much the last 21yrs,I now live in the U.S)But it's great to see how they've improved these main Stations..Kings X used to 2b so awful(really seedy, especially at night). The Shard looks interesting!,I w/b in the city nxt Summer,so I will check it out..
@@SuperEnthused As a former Londoner(now living in the U.S-but i still have plenty of family still living there)I would recommend the"Captain Kidd"Pub(Rest) along the Highway(it's not too far from the "Tower of London").It's very old and back's o/t the Thames,Very atmospheric!
Lovely video Jackie!
I visited all these sites as well in Oct 2021 and loved them but, what was difficult and sad was our 10 day London Pass we were so excited about let us down big time as the attractions which they listed on their website that we tried to visit would not let us in at the doors of many different sites they advertised on their official website and we were so angry at them cause we spent a ton of money on it and they refused us at the London Dungeon, Churchill War Rooms and other places as well.
There were other people in line with families who also were upset about the same thing and had to also pay double just to see that attraction that day.
We had to call them up and fight for a refund and they would not give it to us, they would only give us a verrry tiny percentage off of the pass of like 10% and we were pretty sad and upset
about that, so just wanted to give you and others the heads up if you are thinking about doing the pass again, I don't want you all to get burned.
Great video. As a Londoner, i always find it fascinating to see the city through the eyes of a visitor.
Me too! Makes me love my city all the more! Best City in the world.
Yeah, as a Londoner, to go and see all the attractions I've never bothered to see.
Yes I agree Louie, but I was a little concerned when the young lady went up the steps to get onto Tower Bridge, they are usually filthy and always seem to have the odour of stale urine, quite disgusting considering it is just a few yards from City Hall, the various Mayors we have had in London over the two decades or so don't even seem able to sort such a simple problem out.
Same
Same I love that to
Yes, finally someone who gets the true British culture - meal deals 😂
Lol!!
Tesco meal deal! Lol Jackie, you are living the high life! Lol. I love that you are in my stomping ground. Loved seeing you enjoy this great city. Enjoy your holiday xx
Yaaaay! Living it up! Also ate at more places I’ll show in next vid. I LOVE LONDON!!
I was born a stones throw and still live by Tower bridge and yet never tire of looking at this marvel, especially when it is lit up at night and looking very majestic with its reflection shining down onto the dark unforgiving thames.
I loved looking at the reflection!
gorgeous videography! I loved this so much that I pinned it to my pinterest travel section. One day...
It was wonderful to see your appreciation and joy visiting our great City. You will always be welcome.
It’s so interesting seeing London from a tourist perspective.
Enjoy your time here. xxx
On a Jackie binge. Glad you had a good time.
So much of your videos in London are what we exactly did. We were there when the travel bans first came down and we had to cut our trip short a couple days. However, London is and was fantastic. I can’t wait to go back. London is a fantastic experience.
So glad you got to enjoy your trip a bit before the travel restrictions!! My next UK trip was supposed to be in May but that's postponed now. London is one of my favorite cities in the world!!
@@SuperEnthused We did quite a bit. We did the major stuff and some off the beaten path things as well. Private tour of the Tower and the Ceremony of the Keys was awesome. Pubs, pubs, pubs. I fell in love with London Pride ale. Borough Market was incredible too! Can't wait till we go back next Spring.
Just started watching, but yaaaaaas Irn-Bru!!!! Well done, you've sampled the best the UK has to offer.
Walt-O-Grams I got so happy when I saw the Irn Bru, even though I don’t like it as much after the recipe change!
@@theshape7214 I think it's okay as long as it's properly, PROPERLY cold. But nowhere near as good as it was.
I parachuted in purely by chance, Young woman I'm so glad you are getting a good holiday and sharing your experience, after all you have invested time & money crossing the pond to explore London. Just think there is so much more to Britain and then there is Europe. As an old man my advice is, go and do it !
Welcome to the UK Jackie. You managed to do more on your first day, than I've done on my many trips to London. Hope the rest of your trip is just as much fun
Hello Jackie!! I loved the Tower of London myself as well and the Crown Jewels were AMAZING!! Glad you had a good time there!! About to watch the next London Vlog!! Thank you again for keeping my smile with me!!! ☺️
So happy for you to be traveling overseas. Thanks for sharing your story with us.!✌
Loved the video, Jackie! A toilet with a view??? LOL!! :-D Really enjoyed watching this!
I wonder how many people mooned London from there!
@@dappertom7722 That thought crossed my mind too lol!
I totally wondered the same 😂
@@SuperEnthused 'The Loo with the view'. Come back soon, we miss you 😊🇬🇧
Great video. So glad you're loving London. I live by the sea now on the south coast of England but grew up in South London and worked near Westminster until I was in my mid 20s so of course it has a very special place in my heart. FYI the strange building near Tower Bridge is the London Mayor's Office and City Hall. Such a busy day you must be worn out!!! Can't wait for your next video.
Traveller and writer Samuel Johnson once said "when a man is tired of London, he is tired of life". I'm sure you will be back. Great video.
Love it!
That looked awesome to see Jackie. I was disappointed u didn't go to the ale house next to the theater. Hope you have a great time and looking forward to seeing more videos from here.
Tower Bridge is so cool, a nice piece of architecture
The only British thing we own still
I can’t believe you’re in London! Have an amazing time & pop in for a cuppa if you’re near Richmond ❤️
Had a great day in Richmond Park where I noticed the older trees were left to rot. I sat watching the amazingly regular planes above. You could set your watch to the second that the next one would fly over without looking. Lovely area.
Hello Jackie Welcome to UK I hope everyone is nice and polite and friendly to you 😊☺
Thanks Mary! Everyone is wonderful, I love it here!!
@@SuperEnthused So pleased ❤
whoa! I got dizzy watching you on that glass bottom floor. Great video, looks like you're have so much fun.
Great video as always, always a joy to watch
Crawling off that glass every time you got on it was hilarious!
I've been to Tower Bridge a few times over the years, but not once did I go up inside like that. Very cool, lady.
Savage Mister I made a point to walk across it last time I was in London but I didn’t even know you could go way up there lol
@@theshape7214 Same.
This is probably on of my favorite videos you have done so far Jackie! It took a lot of nerve on your part to explore that glass floor....! wow! have FUN!
Thank you so much!! It really did but I was so glad I did it! 💕
This is fun. I love your enthusiasm. And what a great city!

ha ha ha.. loved you on the glass bridge Jackie !!! I would have done the same thing, but would have been on my stomach looking down !!! what an experience !!!
What a fun video!!! You look like you are having a great time!! Thanks Jackie for a super video :)
London Tourist Board should employ this young lady.
Aw haha! Thanks!
Jackie how beautiful and wonderful this trip is ,wow. Jackie your a braver person then me. I could never go on that glass walkway up so high. Have a great ,fun trip.
I went to the London bridge !
But it was in Lake Havasu AZ
London Bridge is a bridge in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. It was built in the 1830s and formerly spanned the River Thames in London,
England. It was dismantled in 1967 and relocated to Arizona.
why the yanks bought it i,ll never know.
Very enjoyable and informative video, thanks for sharing
Thanks so much, so glad you enjoyed!! :)
@@SuperEnthused Thank you for your reply to me it made my day !! I'm not passionate or even serious about RUclips so I dont have ambitions of earning a certain amount of views or subscribers. However, since you love travelling and happen to make videos documenting it... It would mean the world to me of you watch my video which highlights my trip to Paris from last year and give me some feedback!😊😊 Here is the link! ruclips.net/video/CGii33MFtJU/видео.html
Nicely done! I want to visit London one of these days. Thanks for giving us the inside scoop. Awesome work, as usual!!! Yewwww🤟🏻
Stayed across from Kings Cross when I went to London - nice area. What I would do to see my friends in England again soon.
Nice video we enjoy day trips to london espicially for comic cons.We went up the shard last summer was so cool thanks for sharing 👍🙂
I really enjoyed this video, although I was born and raised in London, you showed me things that I had never seen. We moved away a few years ago. Glad to see you having fun.
You saw so many sites!!! How exciting! I really feel like I am experiencing them.
wow lucky! awesome vlog as always. Im so happy for you that you got to visit London.
You had such a great view of the city at The Shard! I like the look of the pub you went into too. Crown Jewels would've been cool to see. Looking forward to the rest of these vlogs!
Love traveling with you! Thanks Jackie!
Enjoy our historic country Jackie and encourage Adam the woo to come along.
Way to go Jackie looks like your having fun in LONDON , i am loving your videos Jackie..
Irn Bru... Of all the drinks to choose, lol. Absolutely shockingly bad that drink. Loved the video BTW. 👍
Aw I liked it! It was just a bit of fun to start the video anyway, I don’t normally drink soda and that’s the only one I had the whole trip. 😜
Super Enthused was better before they swapped the sugar for chemical sweetener ugh
Great video Jackie, glad your enjoying yourself, London is amazing, theirs so much to do,so much history, you have to do jack the ripper walk, looking forward to your next video 😘😀👍
Good to know you had a lovely time Jackie nice video.
London is one of my favourite cities to visit... so much to do & so much delicious food to try
Jellied eels, black pudding, & stake and kidney pie. Delicious.
John Smith Kappacasein Grilled cheese sandwich, St John’s Bacon Sandwich, Gelupo gelato , Poppies .... 😋
What the F... are these things? Get some pie and mash with green liquor source.
Lol
No I just live in the non tourist part of East London.
Great video and really cool that you’re that you’re there London looks so amazing I want to go there so bad!!
This was so cool! Never been to London so really enjoying you taking us along!
This is a "bucket list" trip for me since I was a kid (56 now). I love history and I know I would be overwhelmed at practically every site there especially the Tower of London, I think I would set aside a good part of a day to spend there. It's nice that you have a guide there but why not at least introduce him to your viewers? I think we only see his legs, mildly perplexed but still enjoyed the video as always.
Jim Dawes
My advice would be to buy an excellent book called a short history of London by Simon Jenkins that was published last year, read that, and then work out which slices of history interest you most for when you (hopefully) make it over here! It’s a really interesting and well done book and you’re guaranteed to find out an absolute pile of stuff you’ve never heard of before, which could transform your visit.
By the way I promise I don’t work for the author! But I’m a Londoner born and bred and got that book for Xmas, and even I didn’t know a load of stuff he discusses.
Hope you make it here to see London for yourself soon!!!
Glad to see you enjoyed your day !
This is a great video! Love to see your adventures! Did have a little anxiety watching you on the glass bottom part and not sure what to make of the loo with a view. Lol 😝
London is one of my favorite places. Enjoy your trip Jackie!
So much fun! Thanks for sharing! Safe travels!
Hey you forgot us here in London! Lol this is a great veiw we had to watch again!
Jackie so nice to see you here having fun, oh yes I've heard that about the Ravens quite scary looking birds 😄I've watched to many horror films. 😚😚😚
How fun! Looking forward to the next one.
Oh you got to love a Tesco's Meal Deal! 😁👍
You certainly had a great day in that part of London, but seem to have missed out on another of the great events - Borough Markets - food, glorious food- and even more food!!!. You must go back!!.
Looking forward to your next instalment.
Wow! Adam the Woo was on a bridge with a glass floor yesterday...
You should jump on a train and visit Brighton while you're here you'll love it! If you can you should visit Disney Paris as well you can also get a train there ☺
Why would an adult go to Disneyland???
I would totally go to Disneyland without my kiddos!! No age limit in having fun if it’s something or somewhere you love being.
London looks so fun! Great video!
Nice video .. brings back a lot of memories for me. I use to live in the U.K. back in the mid 1980's .. went to London every other weekend. Will have to go back for vacation some time.
Thanks for sharing this. I think the channel has gone to a new level
That was great!! Loved how you freaked out on the glass floor!! Did the same on my 1st glass floor.
Lovely vlog. We had a busy day doing nearly the same as you. Loved tower bridge and the engine room. You should try the dungeon experience next to the big wheel.
Incredible experience! I've never seen London in so much detail! Enjoy your European trip! Loving the video experience!
I am completely living vicariously through you on this trip! 😍😍😍
💕
Love that you tried Scotland’s other national drink - Irn Bru! Also so strange seeing you in a city I’m fairly familiar with instead of Orlando etc!
Great vlog Jackie, thank you.
Oh my goodness what a full day! I always say this but I love so much that you share all of your adventures with us! Thank you Jackie!! I can't wait to see more!! You're the best!
Hi Jackie and welcome to the UK. I hope you have a fantastic time. Xxxxxxxxx
Love your enthusiasm, love your joyfulness, love your beauty, and I just hit subscribe....x
Thank you so much, Rio! I am very grateful for your kind comment and welcome you to the channel! ☺️
Wow! You fit in a lot of stuff in one day. The glass bottom bridge was so cool and scary at the same time. Wonderfully done ! 👍👍😎
ok watching your vlog during commercials of Master Chef and they are in London. how cool it that. You did so much cool stuff.
Such a wonderful and rich video, Jackie! Hope all your luggage arrived with you ok. 😃 London is on my bucket list, along the way in my travel to my ancestors’ stomping grounds in Wales someday. I’m hoping you will show us what a typical “Fish and Chips” dinner is like. I have also heard that the pubs offer some really good meals, rather than sticking to the typical “Tourist Trap” establishments. The locals should help you pick the best ones for sure. Hope you keep having good weather there, and looking forward to seeing the next video! Cheers, Jeff.
I was there back in May, had an amazing time, stayed out towards heathrow, though. I mainly did the museums, but I did ride the Eye, and went through sea life London. I was only there for a few days, still worth it.
Awesome vid! I don't remember ever seeing inside Tower Bridge even on the telly!
Oh wow you are visiting the UK, have a great time here..it's a great city ......I recommend the sky garden (20 fenchurch street) for a cocktail and amazing views over the city ...enjoy
tweetchris46 Agreed- fabulous views, reasonably priced drinks (by London standards!) and best of all it's free!
Good Morning! what great place to visit looking forward to more!
Glad you enjoyed your time in my home town.
Lovely to have this pop up as a suggestion to view. It's made my day 😊
This was done so well!! A beautiful job on the Camera and editing! Congratulations !! Your in the U.K! Awesome Jackie!👍✌
I'm so excited for you!! I just went this summer and then to Scotland and I had so much fun.
New to the channel, planning on going down to London soon and this video has been a joy to watch. Subscribed.
That’s wonderful! Thanks so much and welcome! You’re going to have a wonderful time in London!
Hi Jackie!! I've been so looking forward to watching this. We are in the UK but were in Florida whilst you were there. Glad you had such a good time : )
Looks like so much fun,Jackie! Looking forward to the rest of the series!
Bravo. Very well done. I'm glad you enjoyed your visit.
Hope you enjoy London. It's a great city! Lots to do and see.
London was calling ... 11:44 Nice view😀
Looks like you're having an awesome time! Never been up a lot of the buildings in London, my last few trips have been more business than being touristy, i'll need to try them out one day. Didn't realise the bridge had a glass floor attraction! Enjoy the rest of your trip! :)
You've got to ❤ a meal deal, If you pick the right items its a real bargain.
Also walking along the Thames you're rewarded with some fantastic views at no cost at all .
Let's just hope the bridge does not fall down! LOL What a view from the tower and the glass! That was really cool!
Glad you enjoyed my home town! Welcome back any time
You are living my dream! Thank you for sharing!
