Fantastic guide! As someone who has has all the "meta" characters, I agree with you, people are sleeping on these "lower tier" Legendaries! Theres a video from TW server shared on Reddit, where Nungal with help from Inanna is one-shoting the weapon boss which is much higher level than her and the team! I pulled for her after seeing that, our teams need versatilty depending on map and ennemies and the meta characters alone won't cut it!
For sure, I think every character can be good in the right situation used in the right way. Which makes the tactical depth very interesting and exciting..
oooooh, Destruction Sniper. Melikes. You've convinced me to pull for her. And it should be noted that her Basic Attack replacement skill turns her damage to Physical, so similar to Dantalion's White Sword, they can swap to whichever kind of damage is best for the scenario (Tower Levels). unless her Trait overrides that... hmmm. i wont be grabbing deadly aim though until i get quick reload. not a fan of waiting-a-turn attacks.
well actually you're not overcaping crit u got +60% from deadly aim if there is a" hand's man mark", this only meams u don't care anymore about having the mark or not you're just criting who u want and dont need to set up the mark before sniping.

Also its good to keep in the leader skills. If you are maining someone like Col like I am she will benefit from Cols leader support passive.

I think she wont fully come online until she is 55 and might ride the bench until then for me

For sure, just be aware that you could easily be overcapping depending on your action order and build choices.
