nice review. many people still doesnt know how deadly nungal is. for early game build and contents clearing there is only 1 path available for nungal if you want use her below rank 11, normal atk build. later at rank 11 you can spend castallia to change her build if you think the other build will suit the situation better. lets be honest 160% dmg with 100% crit and +30%crit dmg on hangman marked units is ridiculous.
you know what, im gonna pairing her with my inana and future safiya. Imagine using her deadly aim, then prayer from inana, and then quick reload, deadly aim again when the enemy has mark from safiyah summon. Its gonna be juicy
I think Nungal is pretty underrated, the only problem is that she’s one of those characters you want to unlock every skill and flex depending on content. A long range sniper that can stack to always crit/nuke seems like she could be good in bossing content for awhile.
I've upgraded so many devil cards (with the legendary icon at the end ofc) but haven't gotten the elevated passive where it doubles the stacks on kill. It's so annoying. Also 11:14 bro don't mind him, that was literally just one dude complaining when he should be thankful for all the info you give us from TW/CN.
ATK buffs increase both magic and physical ATK. So I'd assume Def ignore works similarly and affects whatever defensive stat is included in the equation.
People always say you need a hangman member who will help her to apply the mark or that she applies the mark when you unlock her lvl 7 skill. why are people overlooking the fact that she applies the hangman mark herself on her basic attack??
the snipe has a cooldown anyway so you will always have a turn to apply debuff, but i guess if you want to turn 1 snipe, you would need someone to apply it first

Which build would you recommend for someone who is below rank 11 and doesn't have many Hanged Men characters? I only have Nungal and Nergal.

Because you can’t do it in the same turn.

coz that takes one turn. if her basic atk is an instant it would be great but its not
