Instead of sugar can I use banana? Also, can I use plant milk instead of fresh milk? I am making this for my little one and can't eat sugar yet.
You can use honey to replace sugar.....1/2cup sugar=126g honey.... For milk, you can use any milk.

Half cup flour and 1 cup flour is it 1 and 1/2 cup flour
Yes 1/2 cup flour for first batch then lastly 1 cup flour to avoid large lumps in the mixture.
