Every time I do this I think of you so I thought I should tell you. Do you remember the video where you demonstrated using lint roller sheets to hold the clothes in place when photographing? I tried that a few times, but now I use the Priority stickers that come on a roll. They are smaller and stickier and work great and I would not have thought of it if I hadn’t seen your video. Thanks!

I use a wire dog hair brush (never used on dogs!) to fluff up matted fur and fleece.
Lots of Mont Bell on the slopes in Colorado. Also a Mont Bell store in Boulder, Colorado.

I always learn something from your haul videos! I’m taking October off from going to the bins in order to catch up with my “death pile” so I’m living vicariously through your trip.
At our bins here in Seattle, not all the tagged items have actually been on the floor and not sold at a regular Goodwill. You have to look at the date on the tag. It’s often from just a day or two ago. I’m assuming those items got tagged but then there wasn’t space for them in a store. They are often excellent finds because they were deemed worth selling in a regular store but never rolled out. I don’t know if it’s that way elsewhere, but it was a big revelation for me when I realized that!
Good finding that out! I haven't been there in years. I live south of Seattle. I've gone to the Tacoma bins, but it's been a long time. I want to go and miss the hunt but, I'm on a medical scooter and may get ran over😊

Great stuff! love the Bean jacket, the RL pillow sham (I'm always looking for Lauren linens). Try a natural bristle brush or even a pet brush on the matted "sherpa" trim on the baby suit, even a mist of water first. You can usually separate the fibers a bit and fluff it up. xoxoxoxo P.S. When Saks closed their store near Union Square and Financial District, they move it to Post street when they closed. Basically by Macys big store .

So much of that area changed in the 1990’s.
At the Sarasota County bins in North Port I get ELATED when a see a bin full of items roll out with pink tags...meaning it was from the boutique area...and at the prices they ask they just dont sell...
I've ordered some things from Montbell as part of my personal hiking kit, really great quality brand but not something common on the resale market.
Your dog is the cutest ever! Your Good wills are so much better and way cheaper than in Los Angeles Calif.

Great haul. Enjoyed the video! I’ve found those esoteric brands to be hit or miss. Sometimes they sell quickly and sometimes they sit. I wish there was a way to really highlight the quality of a garment when the brand is not well known.

Cortefiel is a Spanish clothing store. Usually found in cities and malls. Upmarket but not super luxury. Does do smart casual as well. Maybe more frequented by the middle to older generation. It's a popular brand.

I wish our bins were only 2.00 a pound. Clothes and shoes are at 3.19 a pound now. Toys 1.39, pillows 1.26 each. OK California, why?
I don't think the collars on jackets get matted from washing. I think it's the dryer that does it. I never put my granddaughter's jackets in the dryer, actually, I rarely ever use the dryer at all, and their jackets always stay perfect.
