This needs to go global/continental. A qualification period where people can submit clips from their local area (maybe upvoted by the public). Then the top 8 go into a main competition like this. Would be so sick, and showcase perfect waves around the world

I felt Jacob deserved that one, just choosing a slab to surf and then deciding to go extra late on take offs and dragging everything to the extreme. well earnt!

Funny, it seemed most of the fellas tried not to sell out their local by showcasing a truly pumping day, including Chippo, but the waves r still too good when mixed with talent
