@@rahdo hhhhhhhhEEYYYYYYYY! i edited my side of the video for DAYS and didn't notice this! (Of course, if the whole thrust of the game was remembering whose turn it is, i still lose handily.)
Yes Ryan's channel, Nights Around a Table, is fantastic! So is his TED talk about his daughter's video game, "Sissy's Magical Ponycorn Adventure" that I watched years ago. Good to see him come to his senses and get into board games now :)
For purposes of online playing like this what if each board had a transparency with columns numbered and rows lettered. For example, "I placed a stone on A 3". That way they can easily follow their online opponent's board.
Funny, I just had that thought while watching Ryan's video of this same confrontation. Would have made spotting the other's mistakes easier, too. Not that any of the two were known to make foolish turns once in a while. Not at all.
Does Rhado's monument count as "constructing" when he replaces? Could he have replaced 2 buildings with Feast Halls without triggering Ryan's monument?
excited!!! just ordered this :):) thank you Rahdo I get all our games based off your runthroughs/reviews :) if I see a game that looks interesting, I always check to see if you have a review first 👍 Also when you said "life finds a way" I did a double take, cuz your voice reminds me of Jeff goldblum lol 😂
At 38:00, Rahdo interrupted to create a building, and then assumed it was his turn, but it wasn't. I call it a draw! ;)
sounds good! :)

All hail the King of Takebacks!!
3:00 You are not playing The Mind. Quit predicting each other's actions!
if you're not trying to predict what your opponents are going to do, you're not playing the game very well, imo :)
@@rahdo It was funny the way you kept throwing the same rock paper scissors sign.

very good question, i'm not sure. i'd assume his would still be triggered, but i might have to ask on bgg for clarification
Is the cottage build at 32:39 valid? It doesn't match the card (or rotated) card directly. But does if it's "mirrored."
yes, mirroring is allowed :)

you are not the first person to make that connection.
but I already have sagrada!
At 8:45, "I got this in my back sleeve". TIL Rahdo has a third arm on his back, is that how you hold the static cam? 😂
Lovely fun video, guys!
Did you ever watch Ryan’s video to see what he was going through?
