Really pleased his dream attracted your attention. Your knowledge base can be of true value to their journey with this property/home.
Knowing this gives me a measure of comfort. Victorians are about "detail", and in that subject, the greater accuracies are quite important to know, when available.
In this point, I hope he calls upon you for your Knowledge/advice.
It was a noticeable "desire I felt" when watching a couple of his videos. Now I have comfort ...

It's amazing how much of this grand old house is intact and original. It appears not to have been badly abused, multilated or 'improved' by remodelers and philistines. The woodwork has not been removed or painted over, all the fixtures cannibalized etc. Moreover, it's so pleasant and surprising to find some young people who have not themselves been philistinized and corrupted by social media and technology and who can appreciate fine craftsmanship and aesthetics....who have higher aspirations than to tweet, chirp or trend on social media, who are not afraid to get their hands dirty....Good luck !

My family lives in a home that was built in 1902. An absolutely beautiful home that over the years that has been renovated. I love old homes as they have such character and attention to fine detail that modern builds are lacking. If the older home had walls that could talk can you imagine what would be said? Thank to all those who lovingly restore these treasures and take pride in their work. I sometimes wonder what the older homes looked like when they were first bult? I am a member of a preservation society dedicated to the care of a 1868 brick Second Empire Mansion in Tennessee, named Glenmore. Caleb’s videos have been such great motivation. I wish I had his skills! Side note, OMG, He just said “over 500k in wallpaper”… being in the middle of trying to wallpaper the central hall of Glenmore, I can see how easily it adds up. But HOW did they get the funding for that? The 25k we need for the hall project seems impossible, and that’s just one space! Granted, the space is two stories tall, with 15” ceilings, plus the continuous stairwell to the third floor, but that’s just for wallpaper, not even including correct ceiling papers and friezes. Oy..!

Say, about bed placement in a victorian home, it would NOT be placed under a window, as catching a chill was feared. The bed would have been placed with the headboard against a wall, without nightstands. Although, in later years, a small table might be used to hold the "night candle" with a box of matches at the ready if needed. Hope this helps! Actually, that alcove looks very good for the bed, as that frees up the room for a toilet table, a cheffenuer (dresser like thing), and a sitting area containing chairs or even a settee.

I love watching the 2nd Empire channel and Kaleb's passion is contagious. Thanks so much for providing a great interview that got him talking about the project and his vision, it was a different view into the overall context that a good interviewer can bring out of a person. The way you showcased elements of the house's details and the exterior also brought a great sense of care and highlighted the scale and scope of the project. Great job!

Oh how fun, I recognized it from the thumbnail and thought ‘is that the brown home?’ And yes it is. It’s fun to see it from before the work that has been done.

I was under the impression that what you're calling an electrical box that was in the wall (I believe on the 2nd floor) was actually originally the buttons to 'call box' to ring for the maid or other house staff. I've seen them in tact in other older homes, they're really cool gadgets!
