I've been watching Kaleb and Kim's channel every week, as they focused on specific aspects of the house. It's good to pull back and see the entire house. Enormous amount of work, but incredible beauty and satisfaction.

I think the reason it works so well is because maybe the original owners are looking down and helping you out. You were meant to have this house. There is no one else on earth who would give this house the love you've given it.
My grandfather was born in 1889. It’s hard to believe that is a young home in terms of nations and lives. I build luxury homes and remodel older homes. My favorite is when clients ask me to restore this age of home. I bring them back to life and always use best practices to insure the integrity and longevity of the original home
I'm a big fan of 2nd Empire, but watching the progress through his hard work you see that the restoration of a big old house is not for the faint at heart. Thanks for the tour and I'll be looking for more of your videos.
I love how you not only communicated the support of your fan base, but your love for this house. You are so correct that it is so very incredible for you to find or be given the exact materials that you need for this period project. You have dinner conversation for years to come. So inspiring.
My cousin, Esley Hamilton, was a preservation historian in the St Louis area for years. He took on some of the big boys and won. Enjoying watching the rebirth of your home!
It's amazing how much of this grand old house is intact and original. It appears not to have been badly abused, multilated or 'improved' by remodelers and philistines. The woodwork has not been removed or painted over, all the fixtures cannibalized etc. Moreover, it's so pleasant and surprising to find some young people who have not themselves been philistinized and corrupted by social media and technology and who can appreciate fine craftsmanship and aesthetics....who have higher aspirations than to tweet, chirp or trend on social media, who are not afraid to get their hands dirty....Good luck !
I love the fact that kaleb is doing his best to keep it the way it was. Old radiators and claw foot tubs are worth gold these days. If I ever win a large and I mean large amount of money that's what I'll do. And whatever Jeff can't do I'll hire people that love old houses as much as we do. I'm enchanted right now. 🦄🦄

There are a ton of Victorian houses in St. Louis that are in the best condition!
Kaleb and Kim rock!! ❤️
I love how you really love what you have begun in this beauty and I'm so excited to watch to completion. You are so awesome to watch and listen to. The very best to you and yours.
I was under the impression that what you're calling an electrical box that was in the wall (I believe on the 2nd floor) was actually originally the buttons to 'call box' to ring for the maid or other house staff. I've seen them in tact in other older homes, they're really cool gadgets!
Beautiful! I love all the architectual details; the windows above the doors, the woodwork, the windows, ! Keeping the integrity of the house!
Thanks for watching!!
Wow! I can not believe the difference they have made in this home. I love their channel and yours!
I love watching everything about this house .
Us, too! Kaleb is doing amazing work!
What a treasure! I would love to see you visit again so we can watch the progression.
Thank you!
Great house buddy. I wish you the best success to bring it back and contribute to the wonderful historic legacy of St. Louis housing.
