Another tip for new players is going to the store and commanders tab. The free to play commanders can be purchsed for 900k blue xp. Best way to level up commanders (and when they're full youll get a universal commendation instead)
Great Video, I have the Disc and did not know about the code, I have the ships but, it busted my dabloons, premium days and silver.... thank you this was a very infromative videio.
Been playing about 3 years. I didn't even think about the Xbox/Playstation store. I don't spend money on WG games but its interesting to know its there and sometimes had freebies. 👍
How about a vid for people who have been gone for awhile? As in there were no carriers, pan Asian, pan European ships at all. No Russian heavy cruisers, no second line of BBS like Georgia, no Tier 8 ships, etc.
Hi guys, i aint a great player, but i wouldn't suggest to turn the voices to national, 'cause other commanders will talk in them own languages as well, and it could be helpfull to undurstand what they' re calling out, like asking for help, signal bein detected, ask for scooting etc...
National voiceovers add a lot of flavour. And after a while you get to recognise what’s being said in those different languages, besides, everything is duplicated by respective icons on the minimap and text/icon lines mid level left on the screen, so there’s no problem to understand it by visual means. And you get to learn a smidge of a foreign language.
Yeah, for new players I'd keep the voice over in a language you understand until you can quickly recognize what the com icons mean, then I'd suggest switching it over to national for a bit more immersion.
Another thing to mention to newer players dr, is you can start a bureau and jump out and go to another and go back later and finish it but you have to enter it once to grab it before it goes!
When I cared about grinding my bureau I would play ai when I first logged on to get them out of the way. Now that ive gotten the ships I really wanted I don't grind my bureau anymore. Plus AI will give u bad habits. Now if I happen to play a bureau ship then great. 😊
You're right that playing ai can give you bad habits but, on the other hand, it's kinda fun and funny to just play causal and charge into the caps against the ai in a wild melee. I do it sometimes when I've had enough of the bs in standard.
@@Grateful420phish.. Some of the most fun I've had in game is charging into the caps in a low tier destroyer to see if I can get more kills/damage than my teammates against the bots. I can see where it might get boring though it that was all I did. I wish they had more challenging modes vs bots (with better rewards but not quite as good as standard) were you could, say, play tier 3 players against tier 7 bots. That might make for a fun challenge, trying to take down an Iowa with a Wyoming, lol.
I feel like you forgot to mention the "Premium supply" mission set, so lemme try... "If you obtain any premiums be it via campaign (tier8), the bureau, free crates or via a purchase, make sure to put them to use at least once per week to obtain the rewards from those missions of that mission set that you can complete." I think this is a pretty important thing to know, in the beginning, and might be overlooked by veterans as the mission set doesn't provide insignias...but starting out promotion orders are a big deal, until you get to the point where you even start to create a stockpile of them xD" These supply missions can be done in AI which I would recommend in two scenarios: 1. you aren't ready for higher tiers in standard 2. you don't care about losing about 1M credits for a faster and less frustrating experience getting 7wins in L-tier xD" And another thing I wanna point out is for Psn, (I dunno about xbox): You don't need PsPlus to play the game, but many of those "free bundles" are "PsPlus locked" meaning to grab those, you do need psPlus, so personally I wouldn't call them free, (I also say this, because I don't have PsPlus and I honestly don't see me getting it just for those bundles)
Hope some of you might of learned something NEW! If you did, make sure to hit the Like button and Subscribe. I appreciate the support!!!
Next drop in the store is June 8th for yall and don't forget to check Facebook too

USS Wyoming is the first ship I've ever seen that looks good with that particular camo. 👍

Prime gaming gives away free stuff every month as well.
