Here I want to tell those esm aspirations, who are loosing hope. I will tell them my example, Retired Jun 2022 and failed in Ibps clerk mains 2022, SBI clerk mains 2021, 2022, Nabard asst mains 2022, esic sso mains 2022, Rrb asst mains 2022 & 2023, ssc cgl 2021 (name not in final merit)....And many more exam failed.
Above are my failures...Got success in esic udc, postal asst in ssc cgl 2022 and presently working in FCI...And finally got selected in my dream job central bank in MP this year....Thanks to your channel for keep motivating...We must not loose our hope,,,Rona aata tha,,,specially 1 Jan & 1 Apr ko every year,,this time 1 Apr 24 brought happiness in my face..😊

When you had a video on the expected cut off, I was 100% sure about my getting through. However I was a little scared about the reasoning cut off but finally got in and secured 56 marks from Maharashtra. Thanks for your guidance and informative videos. Plz continue to do so, a lot of ESM would be benefitted.

Sir, Got 64.5 marks from Maharashtra and allotted Central Bank of India. Sone people say, CBI will become private. Please advise, is it good to join??

Sir 🙏. I am an exserviceman currently preparing for bank. I had joined State govt applying through General Quota not at all applied as Exservicemen and left the job due to personal problems. Will there be any issue for reservation as an an exservicemen, just asking. Because I have not availed the reservations at all. As per IBPS notification, there should not be any problem. I just seek your remarks.
Further should I mention previous job of detials in the form while applying.

Hi bhai…. Vaise Iss baar UP main bhi achhi vacancy hai….aur abhi 5 bank ne Report bhi nahi kari…. But if You want to change state then go for Gujrat

UP ki ESM ko 50 hi jayegi 1-2 no. upper house sakta hai
Sir lekin IBPS mein 148 seats hone par bhi Cut off last time se zyada gaya because of demographic pressure. SBI mein 179 seats h aur pata nhi kitne baahar ke logon ne apply kiya hai. Aap SBI JA ka cut off ek baar phir se analyse kariye. Shayada IBPS ki tarah isme bhi 10 marks ka variation na ho jaye

Good evening sir. Your prediction for IBPS Clk was very closer to actual cutoff. However, I could not clear sectional cutoff by 0.50 marks in Quant ( Bihar State). Moreover, I obtained 46.75 only which is only above from reserve cutoff.
Your guidance gives us motivation in preparation. Egarly waiting for SBI Clk result. This is my last hope for the current year
