We comvicted him of a gun crime, so that no one talks about his money laundering
Exactly!
Exactly what I was thinking. Give them a conviction for something that doesn't matter so they can be distracted from the real crimes.
And they're throwing us a bone amidst the Trump conviction. "See? There's no double standard!" What a joke.
Kushner Firm Got Hundreds of Millions From 2 Persian Gulf Nations
They convicted him of this bogus crime so they didn’t have to convict him of something that held him and his father responsible for a real issue.
Agreed. Convicting him of this is dumb.
I agree
Yup.
They also wanted to charge him first so that if someone real wanted to, they gave him it easier.
Yeah it's red herring
I agree, but he can still be convicted if those other things.
Hunter will serve 10 months for a gun charge and zero for every other serious crime he committed.
He won't serve more than a day or 3
Do you care at all about Kushner? Are you familiar with Kushner and Trump's relationship?
This comment section is all the same. Good luck to you though, genuinely. Please pay attention to both sides of an issue! It's really important!
Any divorced man knows we don't have a "justice" system in America, we have a "court" system. Nothing is fair in America. Our laws are arbitrary. Judges are overwhelmed - system doesn't care about individuals - just cares about clearing case loads quickly, regardless of what's moral or logical.
A law is just a suggestion until enforcement occurs. The enforcers really make the law.
@@rla927🎯 For years I’ve told my fellow conservatives/libertarians that there is no greater threat to your Constitutional rights than the police.
Edit: Unfortunately, Republicans have been blindly supporting the agents of the tyranny that they abhor, for years. And do it fervently.
As I remind my Republican friends.. Regardless of how one may feel about Hunter, the number of firearms laws/restrictions allowed by the Constitution is exactly ZERO. The same is true regarding this Federal "War on Drugs".
The constitution was created to be ignored by the state.
The constitution was created to be sidestepped by the state.
The constitution has been long since negated.
Agreed. However, Biden is THE gun control president, so attacking his family using gun laws is sweet justice. If Biden thinks his son didn't commit a federal offense deserving of decades in prison, he can help change gun laws. Otherwise f him.
🎯
They left his serious tax issues time out. Whistle blowers at the IRS said they were blocked.
You're going to complain about someone not resigning to being robbed?
How about point out his actual crimes
@@authenticallysuperficial9874yea but if WE have to get robbed, so do these fukers
@@authenticallysuperficial9874I think the point is no one else can decide to not pay taxes

"if you want to know who America's next enemy is, look at who we're funding right now" so the elderly and the US army?
Unironically, yes.
I think that was in context of talking about foreign wars. For instance, the government partnered with and funded a lot "terrorist" groups who eventually became the enemy once the US helped them get rid of their enemies.
Yes I did assume that's what he meant 😂 I thought it was funny to take it out of context
@@i_am_lambda I figured, but you never know. It is funny.
Yes. It could go either way too!😂
The judge is the only reason he didn't get blanket immunity from the gun charges and the other stuff they were stuffing in that deal. There is no justice
So even when there IS justice, you argue there isn't, because it doesn't fit your narrative or what you wanted to happen. Hunter Biden is evilevilevil, he deserves jail forever. And who cares about Kushner he's fine no problems there.
Y'all continue to blow my mind.
If a law is unconstitutional, you need the right case to get the whole law trashed. Having a shit bag insider on the block is a great case to get a gun control law thrown out.
Unfortunately, the Constitution is now garbage. We should have replaced it long ago.
Dave, you know what the plan is for all these endless wars. Unlimited funding for the MIC.
Penn Jillette once said that being a libertarian is easy when you agree with the topic in discussion. But when you disagree, then your attitude toward liberty is tested. Well Dave, you didn't let me down. You are a man of genuine principle and in my opinion, your take on this is spot on. Thanks.
We need to roll back the state
The question on the form is a violation of 2nd 4th and 5th amendments.
Accountability is so rare these days you got right wingers celebrating a gun charge lol
"You could say well, we know he's so corrupt, that maybe this isn't such a bad crime, but at least they got him on something."
See also, Trump.
@@sthubbins4038If they had a bigger crime on Trump they certainly would have brought it. Hunter did have much bigger crimes that they intentionally ignored
@@FullSend27 They have brought it, he just has a bunch of judges he hired trying to delay the trials until after the election. 1.J6 trial 2. Florida Classified Documents Trial 3. Georgia Electioneering Trial
No one in real life is celebrating anything. People get very false impressions from the internet
@@sthubbins4038The trials are all novel legal theories never been tried or knick knack stuff that most politicians do and never are prosecuted (including Biden). Anyone who isn’t super partisan sees what’s going on which is why his polls keep going up as they continue with the lawfare
If there’s anything I’ve learned working for and around incompetent leadership, it’s that looking stupid is the worse thing imaginable to them. So for the bureaucrats in Washington to admit they were wrong and couldn’t see the end result, they’d have to be backed completely into a corner. Even then they would say they made the right choices.
I think I’m writing Dave smith on the ballot. They can keep their levers
So far that seems like the best choice
I'm thinking Jimmy Dore.
the financial crimes Hunter committed should definitely be discussed more
Lets remove qualified immunity for judges that aren't voted in

I was embarassed being associated with that tool you debated a few days ago (as a Christian man)… here for the algo. You rock dude. Praying God blesses and protects you and the family.
Andrew Wilson destroyed Dave in that debate. You should be embarrassed associating with libertarianism and Dave after that.
who was it?
Hahaha “destroyed” … far from it. You like the scorched earth debate tactic tho huh?
@@DD-st5rhit was poor taste and a foolish PR move but Dave should study and reevaluate some of his positions
@@thomasyoungberg4968 Wait. I'm not even pro-the Crucible dude, I don't agree with him at ALL.
But to argue Crucible dude *didn't* win the debate...that is delusional
😆 Dave floundered for 2 hours and never *ever* found the surface. He didn't even know which way is up. That debate went ssooooooo much worse than I thought it would. Astoundingly bad.
51:24 At the end you were talking about good guys not wanting to work for trump after seeing how his friends are being treated you said something like if he were to ask me id think “I’ve got a mortgage a wife and two kids, I don’t want my kids lives ruined” and I believe without good people stepping up in the face of all this, your kids lives are already ruined.
If the runaway train isn’t course corrected, the America you know love and believe in (due to the citizens not gov) will no longer exist and your kids will be way worse off than if you had run. Just remember that. You’re an incredible orator with outstanding skill to be able to call out both sides of the aisle. We are going to need a million more people like you to step up over the next few decades if we even have a shot of course correcting.
Lives, fortunes, and sacred honor.
Dave didnt step up though. The reason a left wing homosexual communist is the nominee for the libertarian party is because Dave didnt have the balls to run for president. He has no ground to criticize anybody else running for office.
I didn’t see many people celebrating this, especially people on the right in fact, John Stewart just did a segment on this that we’re sad about it, but here’s my point of view violated the laws that are on the books and other people have gone to jail for it, he should too, and if he wants to go to the Supreme Court and overturn the law for everybody, I’d be glad to support him
What was Stewart's take? I remember with Trump he said "no one should be exempted from the law because they are rich or politically connected"
Right wingers could also put pressure on Joe Biden and say “see this is why gun laws are stupid”
Jon Stewart? Who listens to that jackass?
What's up my dudes
Dave putting out a lot more content lately. Diggin it
They are letting him go down for this so fewer know that the real crimes time out under statute of limitations
The government has become the most successful soap opera in history.
Dave...just watched your debate with Andrew (of The Crucible). Bro you handled yourself very respectfully and I appreciated that tremendously. Subbed. Thank you for being very honorable.
Just do everyone knows they 100% will go after people with green cards who might have a gun. And if you have an active green card you can’t buy a gun.
we need to roll back the state
I just love that term. "War on Terrorism". It's not "War on the Bad Guys" but it's pretty close.
The longest sentences are for crimes against the government, i.e., non-crimes.
As someone who has indulged in a rock or two. Having a gun while high on crack is a really bad idea. Crack makes you extremely paranoid. Crack is not the same drug as cocain.
Yes it is. It’s chemically identical. Method of ingestion is different so there’s different effects due to different rates of metabolism.
That’s why the 94 crime bill was so egregious. It’s not called crack COCAINE for no reason
2? OK. But 3? Hmmm
*Both* can make you extremely paranoid if you're a weak minded cretin.
The thing that got to me the most while smoking rock was whether or not someone had jumped the cue and had *my* turn on the pipe! 😂
@@Mod0308 have you smoked crack? If not I really don't care what you think on this issue.
Just because something is a bad idea, doesn’t mean it should be illegal. That idea is what has given us an out of control, unconstitutional government.
He goes on trial for tax crimes in CA and will not be a first time offender any longer
Will we EVER see true justice
I'll be seeing you guys tonight in Vegas, my city!!
Hostage lives are definitely worth more than the lives of those that are holding the hostages. WTF? That's why the SWAT team takes the shot while the hostage taker is on the phone with the "negotiator"

On the Pelosi vid. Why was this recorded? Why is she wearing a mask? She didn’t wear a mask to get a hair cut, she is above the law. Sus AF
He daughter was filming a documentary on j6. You should know that.
Even if you have a pistol permit, it is invalid with alcohol in your system.
Yeah, I agree and we need prison sentence reform because we’re so quick to put someone in a box for YEARS for the most mundane stuff. For example, NO ONE should ever go to jail over money. Whether it’s cheating on taxes or ripping people off, etc. Take tax cheating, the penalties and fines and all that are enough to ruin your life as it is, and there’s no reason for someone to sit in a concrete room over it for any amount of time wasting their life. You should ONLY have to sit in jail if you are unsafe to be around others.
Good work
really confused that you guys didn't touch on the biggest news of the decade. Saudi's went off the petro dollar deal. They will still trade some oil in dollars but not exclusively. The US is no longer the DE FACTO trade currency of the world. This doesn't overnight change the balance of trade but historians will look back on this move in 20 years as one of the key incidents that accelerated Americas slide.
every single time, my brain takes over and I preemptively hear, "if you wanna know who america's next top model is..."
Are you a woman?
So they get him on gun charges and not influence pedaling? Who cares about the gun? Im interested about ANYTHING else on the laptop.
3:27 anyone who has seen the bar bill for the Constitutional Convention knows those dudes were wasted all the time.
And that was in 18th century dollars.
When will Hunter be prosecuted for his real crimes?
More than American lives too.

We need to roll back the crack
I think "throwing away a gun in a dumpster" is a pretty flagrant safety "loaded gun around kids" kinda violation.
If we get smacked in the face with a 'pardon' and that was a part of the plan?
it's a non-violent, victimless crime. he'll get 5 years probation, no jail time.
I know a guy who did 3 years in prison for lying on a his 4473 form because he said he was never convicted of a crime and he had been (marijuana poss. When he was 18) Because it had been expunged and he didn't think he had to. He served 28 months.
There are people serving life sentences for 55 gallons of water. They have lots of tattoos but ...looking like a biker should not be a crime. Jury of our peers is not somerging Lysander Spooner would recognize.
shall not be infinged
8:39 - it's an ATF form 4473 and it specifically lists Marijuana these days
It's not that the right is celebrating a gun control law but rather that we are celebrating a gun controller's son getting caught up in, and suffering the consequences of, a ridiculous gun control law.
FJB
What about tax evasion? Treason? What about the government letting the statute.of limitations run out on millions $$$ in unreported income? You or I would be under the jail
The right has not been celebrating, we know it is lame and unconstitutional . Also, he wasn’t meant to be charged.
Just a tiny amount of digging will illuminate just how ridiculous the claims of Oct 7 were.
No matter who you are, if you commit a non-violent crime on your first offense, you have a very good chance of just probation and maybe community service or the like.
In Florida you can now have a concealed carry and a medical marijuana card at the same time
I think the issue is federal, because it’s still illegal federally, and the form you fill out when you purchase a firearm is federal. I think the feds can still come after you if they wanted to.
No they do convict people in this pretty frequently. At the possesion while using. They are using it on Nick Reiketa i believe. Mostly they use it to stack on charges or a something to plea down too.
If we weren't so lazy, we could fix this.
I think it's more about the desire to live a peaceful life vs. how to effectively combat oppression and corruption.
He was leaving a loaded gun around children. That is the reason his dead brother’s wife/lover that he got hooked on crack threw it in the garbage at a grocery store.
You have to understand that the DA is going to reach for the biggest sentence they can go for everytime. Its not uncommon. And it wont happen
Expect the SOTH to make an important decision? Ha!
Just keep in mind that Dave Smith's reaction to someone breaking into his home, raping his wife and children... his reaction is "Welp, guess I had that coming."

Literally have zero interest in having “political debates” with people who are still biching about Trump. I haven’t had a MSM show on my tv for probably 7 years.
The only real political activity/research I’ve done the past 4 years has revolved around digging in FBI/CIA/Etc declassified documents. The present sucks so might as well learn a lot more about the past and how these systems operate.

I'm mid-30s and I can enjoy both. Examples that come to mind.. Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon (super heavy grain) and Apocalypto (one of the early digitally captured productions); both look awesome to me.
I'm even looking forward to more high frame rate content (Hobbit didn't look good, but maybe it could work great for sports/motorsports documentary).
Just more tools in the toolbox. It's dumb to criticize a hyper-detailed Renaissance painting for looking too clean, and it's just as dumb to criticize an Impressionist painting for being too blurry.
Definitely not allowed to be drunk and in possession of a firearm
Why do I have to be the one to ask "Who is filming Nancy Pelosi in her car?" "Why would anyone doo that?" "Who released this video?" "Why would they do that?" "Why is she wearing a mask in her own car?" Maybe she really is crazy enough to wear that mask in her car but the other questions would need some pretty damn good answers.
"Why do I have to be the one to ask"
Likely because you don't pay attention. Her daughter was making a documentary that day.
@@funcle_kevin No, I don't pay attention to what Pelosi's daughter is doing. So this video is supposed to be damning for Pelosi but her daughter released it for everyone to see? Is that the story?

I wish there was a libertarian who put forward a solution to any of the foreign and domestic complaints, legitimate as they are, that they voice. It’s easy to be a libertarian… Criticize one or both of the parties without any accountability. Period.
The solutions come from the people, voluntarily. Being a libertarian (I call myself a Constitutionalist) is incredibly difficult as you have to argue that just because something is bad (that is obvious), doesn’t mean the government has the right to put you in a cage for it. It’s when you violate someone else’s rights where the government should step in. Murder, theft, kidnapping, etc.
While most agree drugs are bad, a user isn’t violating someone else’s rights and therefore the government shouldn’t have the authority to put you in a cage or steal your money at gunpoint for it. It’s the knee jerk reaction to something that is a problem or immoral, many in our society have and say “that should be illegal”.
Freedom is scary, deal with it.
Saying the solutions come from the people, in my mind, is synonymous with “if everyone is responsible than no one is responsible.” Government institutes a set of standards with which we ought to operate. It is intrinsic to human nature to want clear and defined operating parameters, observe a toddler pushing the boundaries while looking you in the eyes for a reaction. Hence government, police, and the laws they enforce. So it’s OK to say then, as long as someone else’s immoral and destructive decisions don’t directly affect me, then continue on? I have not read that in the constitution. I have a feeling you would look at that quite differently if a drunk driver, God forbid, killed a loved one. So in this instance, as a “constitutionalist,” you would neither outlaw the drinking nor the drunk driving? Would drunk driving fall under the “liberty“ in your inalienable rights? Most of the time it doesn’t affect anyone but the alcoholic, right?
Drug addiction, to your point, is a metastatic cancer that erodes the fabric of families, communities, and societies at large. I do not believe the constitution’s framers considered anything that doesn’t immediately affect someone else to be one of your inalienable rights.
Judge was a lady judge
I’m pretty sure that whole situation wouldn’t happen because of HIPAA. They can’t cross-reference the cannabis and gun lists because I believe most cannabis lists are covered under HIPAA. 8:50
HIPAA is about portability. It's actually more about violating privacy than it is about protecting it.
I don't think of it as getting arrested for using drugs. I think if he wasn't and started, that's legal (correct me if I'm wrong).
I think it's more on levels of perjury. Say what you want about whether that should be a crime; it's not the same level of merely "wanting to exercise your constitutional right"
However, 25 years is excessive. Maybe 2 years because he had more than one charge
Can Dave Smith please show me other than no lifers on Twitter on which republicans are praising this court case?
