I very much appreciate how you said that it is the quality of execution of a movement and not just the mere knowledge of a movement that determines the level of practice. My training has changed a lot over the past year with insight to quality of execution. Previous teachers were not able to instruct me on this level adaquately. It is much more difficult, but also much more rewarding. As a result, my body is feeling very different and much healthier. Thank you again for sharing.
Because sometimes, he forgets this important points. And he felt embarrassed when I reminded it in the video. Sometimes, regarding some important points, we have to repeat them for times.
@@HaiYangChannel My mother and her own mother (my grandmother) both insisted that I always keep my elbows off the table, when eating. Thanks to their constant reminder, they now never leave my flanks. Who knew Scottish grandmothers knew Xingyi ? 😄
Sure, different cultures have different table etiquettes. For example, recently, I have been working on learning Japanese style of table etiquette after working on Canadian style. As for Scottish grandmothers' style, I will investigate into them in the future.
@@HaiYangChannel Well, I will happily be at your disposal ; you've given me so much, with your sharing of your martial knowledge, it's the least I could do. 我学普通话, but not enough to have a proper conversation, yet. But I will be thrilled when that day comes.
Interesting - gives me food for thought to reconsider my own version of bazigong (lianquan) that I learned many years ago in a Guo line of xingyi. - The bazigong did not come from Guo Yunshen, but apparently was absorbed from a Li Cunyi lineage at some point (thus maybe most Hebei lines not linked to Li Cunyi will also not have it). - I did not learn the single practices, but now that you describe them, I think can see some of them in the linking form (e.g. zhan, tiao, ling, yun, maybe guo). Others may have just "merged" into the wuxing/shierxing that they look similar to. - Li Cunyi was influenced by bagua and taiji by the time he created bazigong - do you see any influences from your perception? (In my version, I think "ling" looks influenced by taiji; maybe "tiao" from bagua.)
Thank you! I really like the Hai on starter before the main topic. Can you discuss a tea that can be used to remove blood stagnation that is left over from old very deep wounds please.
I'm new to your channel and I just subscribe to hopefully learn more in depth of Internal Qigong. Do you have any videos on Qigong healing? This topic is what I'm most interested in learning. If there anything I can learn from you on this topic I would really love to learn. I love your explanation and details on different topics. It's hard to find anyone to learn from or explain in great detail on Qigong healing. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
It's good to hear someone explain about power training.

Thank you for your support too.
Yang Laoshi, your sense of humour at 28:28 is quite irresistible. I'm glad that you've turned what you are referencing in a insider's joke.

I also enjoy Scottish full breakfast. Especially I like Scottish Porridge. I have a couple of times at my friend's home here.

Very interesting video! I enjoyed this one a lot!!
Thanks.
Thank you for this video Master Hai! 🍻From🇫🇮
my favorite! Wulong tea!

I will answer it in the next Q&A video. Thanks,

Would you be willing to do a video and pronunciation of the 12 animals?
How is by Bajiquan connected to xingyi?
対人組手方法希望🤔??
Teacher lost me there. Too much Chinese, too much esoteric stuff.
Where exactly? There are translations wherever necessary.
