Pile 3, bottom row for me was the venom still left in my inner child, which I could not see even after cutting ties with the family member who left it there. It was an eye opener to realise that’s what was keeping my thoughts and energy stuck. I couldn’t work it out for quite some time, it was so confusing knowing that there was nothing left to cut myself off from, I knew that part was complete.. but it was the residual venom. Now that it’s out I can actually feel my heart opening and my thoughts are clear, free from fear.
