I am reminded of ‘Holiday in Cambodia’ by the guitar riff in this.
Plus the intro and verse reminds me of Sonic Youth, the guitar solo of Roger McGuinn of the Byrds and the forceful drumming like Mo Tucker of the Velvet Underground. They still make it their own, great band with a good sense of musical history.
