I haven't heard that womans voice for well over 30 years, I used to work in a post production studio in London back in the late 80's and we had this calibration tape on 35mm magnetic film. thanks for posting up :)

Thanks for sharing, Phillip. Can I ask a question? I can see an ink marker in front of the reproduce head. Has this small device also got a head shield in it? There are two buttons, one long one at the rear and a small one on the top. Best regards, goddlediddles.

hi, how do you connect rtw and output at the same time do you use Y cables?

Can't remember. I haven't got Y-cables. I probably dubbed the audio in later.

@@PhilipvanderMatten on the next video [Studer A80 Audiophile demonstration (3 minutes)] you also have the RTW connected and working and you say in the video beginning that sound is taken direct from output. how is that possible? don't tell me you dubbed that one as well.... :/

@@xfigu123 Good question. I probably hooked it up to my Mackie 24.8 mixer, so that explains that. I now realise I do not have a video of that mixer in action. Do have pic: www.reeltoreel.nl/pic/mackiebrug.JPG

@@PhilipvanderMatten thank you. I have been looking for a way to hook up metering to a80r without compromising quality.
