I feel the same way. It’s hard to imagine that God loves me as much as I love my children. It’s hard to imagine anyone would forgive me for mistakes. Do people who grew up in loving families have an easier time practicing Christianity or accepting Christ?

I enjoy some of these 8 hour meditations, yet I am requesting a woman's voice speaking on the slow side with meditations of palms & prayers without sound of music unless it is soft and not too repeatative. Also wave and water sounds are disturbing to me and maybe to othe

I love the scripture and prayers but I find all the breathing exercises VERY distracting!
