We got the Chasing Gladius Mini, not a bad drone up to 100m deep and 4k. Don't use it as often as I should. Only fault is that when the lights are on tends to wash out the image.
That thing is so cool! I I'd love to see you use it more. The technology that exists these days for fishing is cool and everything but it's starting to get to the point where it's taking the fun out of fishing for me.(that's just my opinion) But for exploring and finding out what's "down there" is really nice.
That’s the beauty of it - everybody can decide for himself. You want a stick, a rope and a hook? Go for it. You want a drone to see what’s going on? Here you go.
That's cool. Has the thought crossed your mind to tie a 2m 4lb snood to it with a pea sinker and a 2/0 with a prawn on it lol? A ZMan grub perhaps? It'd be awesome footage. Could tie some light cord to the handle strap thing for insurance. Cheers.
Great video, many thanks! Can you, please, clarify, whether this ROV is able to write GPS-position (coordinates) into EXIF-header of jpg/dng file, which it shoots? Or may be you can recommend some othe ROV model that can do this. I need this functionality in order to map bottom pollution and make web-GIS which shows garbage locations (georeferenced points) with repective photos shot by ROV. Just approximate position (RC/controller position) will do since I will be deployng ROV almost vertically from boat. Best regards!
So you can only get the camera horizontal by dropping the weight to the bottom? Basicall it looks down the whole time and only goes horizontal once you reach the bottom?
Hey mate great video. How useful do you think it actually is to catch fish? Maybe connect a magnet to the rope to take a hook and bait out and drive around, drop burley until you see fish?
It's definately a risk. If you don't drop it in known snaggy areas you should reduce that. It's good you can also see what you're dropping on when it's going down and stop it if it looks edgy. I keep a towel in the car just incase it's swimming time haha
I just tried this out today. I am very dissapointed that the camera does not click up all the way. It slightly points down. If there is no way to reposition the camera to always look directly out in front, it is kind of worthless to me. Poor design in my opinion.
It's a bad design... why do you need to drop it to the bottom for the camera to point forward instead of downward... that's kinda dumb... why cant the camera be pointing forward all the time and see what's in front as you operate the drone...
good model f1 chasing
AMAZING VIDEO!! Shared it on our Facebook👏☺
Awesome product!
That is awesome Lincoln. Great for rivers too
Thats a game changer 💯👊🗯👊🗯

Nice! This one has a light too, might test it out tonight to see how it goes. Seems well made 👌
R u kidding muffin man please get it out and use it. I would love to see the bottom when you are fishing especially in PPB as that’s where I fish
@@cawanne Plan on using it Friday out in PPB for a new video on finding pre snapper season ground.
You have to take that out to the poles,Princess pier 👍
Good feed at Portarlington pub Sunday 👌
Yellow submarine cool!
This channel is so cool. I just had to subscribe!
Thanks mate 👍👌
Holy fish balls (with sauce). Pretty cool stuff. Love the video mate!
Wow looks great 👍🏼 good underwater footage too
Lovely bit of kit. Pity it runs off smartphone though, would be nice to have a separate controller
Merci beaucoup

Thx for your video
Mind sharing how long the battery could last? Also how far away could the WiFi work to control the boat? Thx
I wouldn't go further than 10-15 metres. Battery lasted for a few hours.
That looks nice
What is the control distance?
Cool 😎
If I was the second to like who was the first? And I just got this but it said it was 30 seconds ago
Do u have any more videos i can see cause i plan to buy it
Wow, how far can you see in the water?
Clarity in the water wasn't the best today, but maybe out to 2m possibly if it was clearer.
How much is it? Can it be delivered to Kuwait?

Haha lots of ideas similar to that. There is a few rules in Vic that prevent certain things, but I'll keep playing around with it.

Hey, best to ask the manufacturer CHASING this stuff 👌. Not sure if it can to that.
When i try to start the drone on my phone is says device is full. I got another 2 gb on my phone and still nothing how do i get past this?

Yes that's correct, it wouldn't be hard to mouth it slightly different so then it would be looking 90degrees the whole time though.
Gone are the days where we used to just fish 🤣🤣
Haha.
😂
Would be great to take out and check your mud crab pots
Yesss
Hey mate great video. How useful do you think it actually is to catch fish? Maybe connect a magnet to the rope to take a hook and bait out and drive around, drop burley until you see fish?
It's more for checking out the fishing areas to see exactly what's down there 👌.
@@LandFishTV so you reckon to attach a magnet and try catch a fish or attract fish with the bait attachment won’t work?

You will have to contact them directly. I am in Australia
Yes where can you buy this???
There is a link in the video description to an Australian distributor Fresh by Design, 👌
Does it work in salt water????
This video was filmed in salt water.
Whats 1 of those worth Lincoln?

Cool if you have a lazy $1100, I'd get one for sure....
On special for $990 at the money on the Fresh by Design website 👌
@@LandFishTV on another vid, you had a small mini green lip gripper, you gave the fish to a kid on the pier, where did you get it..?
@@jubelo57 most tackle shops have them. I normally sell them but I'm out of stock.
Is Chasing F1 made from China?
Not sure mate. Possibly. Good workmanship on it
I hope they're NOT made in CHINA!!! If they do forget about it.
Dude the majority of everything in everyone's houses is made in china 🤣
Designed and made in China. Chasing is a Chinese company.
