Yup. I think so too. Banban 2.0. Probably because Uthman - our banban - was severely hurt by dadadoo and the naughty ones after the end of Garten 6, as we saw in the trailer for 7, he is missing an eye and seems to be dead. My guess is Syringeon repurposed what was left of Uthman to make a new and improved devil (not how he says devil, not banban or uthman, meaning he's probably doing a name change). However my guess is that due to this, Uthman Adam's genome in banban will stop existing, meaning he will be a completely different banban which may be upsetting for the main character as they have developed quite a close friendship with Uthman as Banban, having helped us through multiple tasks and tried to find the kids (a mission that seems to be forgotten as we have been taken off track with the whole naughty ones being freed thing). Regardless, Syringeon probably expects us to not take kindly to this change and probably wanted to keep it a secret, with the intention being of us getting our kids (hence why SF is with us in that ward), and leaving the facility and the garten remaining oblivious of the new banban. That said there's a good chance that Syringeon may have wanted this all along as banban was known to be flawed due to his intelligence which lead him to be drugged up with molded givanium, making him unstable and potentially threatening, as seen multiple times, when he is provoked or in danger, he turns into this uncontrollable and wild demonic form.

Jumbo Josh has always been a true beast of enormous strength, it doesn't surprise me that he defeated all those controlled monsters, the only ones that did him a little damage were the black spider and the mutant turtle.
