Examining the nature of the beast.
I checked them out before, and Curiosity Stream is really cool! They have a crazy good documentary on fungi that I loved
Awesome! Thank you!!!
If you liked it, then they probably stole it from another channel like they do with this Animalogic channel.
These guys are just a clickbait channel.
They will run out of ideas to steal soon and evaporate.
Just making videos for views will not get you any where in the long run.
Do termites if you haven’t already
@@Sugefut so do you have dumb proof 😑😑😒😒
Well, the for starters, their honey badger video is full of poached content... have actually been able to find one of the exact videos they took them from too.
They do sneaky things like zoom in orders of magnitude, shade the image or only use a few seconds of video to get around the copyright issues.
For example, their Honey Badger video steals directly from the BBC, of all channels.
Here is Animalogic's honey badger video...
ruclips.net/video/v3WjnLn9p3U/видео.html

@46 seconds into the above Animalogic video on Honey Badgers...
Here is the BBC's snippet from a honey badger documentary they did about a couple of Honey Badgers a man was attempting to house and contain as pets...

BBC video ^^^^^
@29 seconds into the BBC's video featured above, a snippet from their documentary...
It is the same video, you can look in the upper lefthand corner of the screen and see the blades of grass hanging into the sand are identical... so are the 3 rocks and as are the frames and the relative sizes of the honey badgers.
This is a lazy channel and if you go look at their honey badger video, it really shows.
"Cheetahs usually go after small prey." Cheetah: chasing a giraffe lol
"Usually" ...
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Not true!! Cheetahs take down whatever they want.

A cheetah never plays fair.
Cheetahs are also very chill and friendly cats. Their actually more calm then most house cats.
So can I touch a cheetah??
They can even purr too
@@JDALOY878 i'm not saying you should, but there are a lot of videos of people touching cheetah and they seem to be just chill about it
@@oldcowbb I think those are actually cheetahs in sanctuaries or zoos, so their used to human touch and are somewhat domesticated. So maybe that’s why, of course, you shouldn’t pet a wild cheetah.
Yea sure a wild animal is more chill than a domesticated pet. 😂🙄

South africa does a lot of conservation work. There is a cheetah breeding centre just outside my home town. They have huge areas of undisturbed field and eventually they get sentbto places like the krugar national park to make room for the new cheetahs
I think i should clarify they are not being bred for money. Also the cheetahs get rotated with other wildlife reserves to keep a diverse genetic profile.
Also being in placea like the krugar national park is basically like being in the wild... No cages.

Please do an episode on why sharks are NOT scary human-eating monsters! They're largely going extinct as well, and you never did any on sharks so far!
"Don't blink! You'll miss it!"
Perigne Falcon: *Everybody misses me even if you don't blink (laugh)*
I could also reach 400km/h if I jump diving off an airplane. Lmao EZ falcon is noob
@@thestormthatisapproaching9533 yup! Very true. That falcan is not fastest bird, eagle is the one with fastest Speed.
@@JitendraYadav-mo3zz Nope, not even close. Falcons rely on their dive while hunting to be able to stun the prey with a quick hit, because they're not strong enough to attack and kill normally. Eagles don't need speed that much because they're so strong, therefore they never developed high (diving) speed.
@@JPCPSeto pretty sure he meant standard flight speed, not diving

How can you say this is one of the best channels on RUclips when they STEAL all their content and videos from other channels?
Which channels?
Cheetahs are such beautiful and of all wild cats cheetahs are the most social with humans
I never tire of watching Cheetahs run - pun intended.
Technically speaking Cheetahs are “Little Cats” since they can’t roar like Lions or Tigers.
They’re still one of the the Kool Kats though lol
7:39 you’re welcome

Thank you sir. Why am I thanking you?
What? I'm just seeing the screen half cut off by a transition.

And we even get the heart rate and almost mini heart attack to along with the catch 😂 I'm counting it as exercise.
So you're an animal
@@akio-n5o We all are.
Literally nobody:
Cheetahs: "Speed I am speed"
“Cat-chow.”
That's what Speedy the Jolteon would say...
Float like a Caracal and sting like a Tiger
But are they as fast as me when I see this video was uploaded?
hahaha nope!
@@animalogic The question is if a peregrine falcon faster than a cheetah?
@@fang609 Not exactly. They can't achieve those high speeds on their sheer power alone. It is achieved in their stoop, which is a sort of dive. Kind of like skydiving. But because they do this as second nature to catch their prey, it's considered it's top speed. Naturally flying forward like regular birds, they only reach 110km/h, or 68 mph.
@@losman4107 So normally a cheetah is faster but when the falcon is stooping it's faster.
@@fang609 Yeah
Me, learning the bit about Cheetahs overheating is a myth: "You mean, Cheetahs *might* actually prosper?"
(If we humans can get our act together, anyway.)
I really enjoy your videos but the title of this post was misleading. Three seconds spent on cheeta cubs looking a little like honey badgers doesn't rate either the thumb nail or title!
A literal broken record this one... We get it cheetahs are fast!
And the random yells are so unneeded.
Was going to say the exact same thing nine minutes of info on not the title of the video and 3 seconds or one sentence on the topic is just absurd
Agreed
Report the video for spam/misleading text. Enough reports and google will flag them. They will get the hint.
This video did not need a click bait title.
Did you watch the whole video? its not clickbait. 7:40
@@idk-nm8xr The whole video isn't about that one topic. It's clickbait.
You're right, the entire video isn't about that one topic. The only completely honest way to title these videos is to just use the animals' name - but that's not very interesting. If we title the video "cheetahs are the fastest animals on land", that's not entirely what the episode is about either. It's a tricky problem to solve. Ultimately, if more people end up watching, enjoying and learning something from the episode because of a catchier title and thumbnail, then I'm okay with whatever moral sacrifice I made by tilting the video off of a fact that doesn't appear until the end of the video.
@@fricka4798 That would not attract as much attention as the current one does. Plus they served the content that we clicked for.
I gave up caring about Cheetahs because of the math required to watch this video converting metric to standard.

it's kind of sad that they don't know how much everyone hates them
The moment you realize that about 5-10 years ago cheetahs used to be solitary animals all their lives even when hunting. Shortly, after the wonders of BBC showed us how a unique group of 3 brothers were starting to hunt together, and fast forward today and that's part of their adaptation already.
Cheetah females are the ones that remain solitary. Any male cheetahs that grew up together ever since they were cubs remain in groups known as coalitions. The life of a female cheetah is kinda rough I would say but that's nature I guess.
Most 'academic' dogma on felines and their behavior is based on unscientific opinions of various self-proclaimed 'experts' with all sorts of ideological and personal agendas. It has much more to do with how mainstream western culture would like to perceive the 'order' of natural world and the loathing and disregarding of cats that has been intrinsic to the English speaking world since the protestant reformation than it does with how the various felines actually behave... The 'academic consensus' on felines being unintelligent anti-social trash have only moved ever so slightly when it became totally obvious to the public (via TV) that academia was just wrong... The first course on any western university is indoctrination of the students into the paradigms of the field they're studying and induction into the hierarchy of academic authority. Don't expect new insights and ideas to dawn from there. Expect them to come from wierdo RUclips channels where enthusiasts show how their feline housemates really behave.
@@leomdk939
Agreed
@@NxsRuin LOL, that's ... a BIT much. I mean, you somehow managed to bring the Protestant Reformation into a discussion about cat behavior. Really. That's impressive. Tin foil is for cooking, not wearing, my friend.

2:20 "their tail acts like a RUDDER during chases allowing them to make super sharp turns"
their tails act as a COUNTERBALANCE for the torque they generate when making super sharp turns. this acts similar to how helicopters have a tail rotor to counterbalance the torque of the main rotor.
there are research on putting tails on robot to make them more agile

Only small cats can purr and meow, therefore they are the largest small cats.
