It's become a thing now. People make mobile games, bring in heap of money, then use the money to make triple A games...well, most of them would just make more mobile games but still it's a good trend. Phantom Blade franchise was mobile games, Game science (guys who made Black Myth Wukong) used to make online games and mobile games too.

if you are the dev reading this. need to be able to STAB the enemy when they are on ground to do damage. I notice everytime they are on floor fallen you just step back cuz theres nothing for you to do. allowing a stab would increase damage done and give you more stuff to do
On the trailer it's showed that animation, probably you have some combat skills like that on full game

Looks pretty cool tbh. Especially combat wise, haven't seen anything so advanced/catchy since Sekiro.
The combat has a pacing closer to Ninja Gaiden tbh. And from some other footages by other players, it's actually pretty gore, and has delimb.
@@superbowyiming I compared to Sekiro as i've never played Ninja Gaiden (booo), but checked the gameplay videos and it's more close to it in terms of combat you are right. But tbh i may give Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection a go coz it looks like exactly what i love. Currently deep in Nioh 2 which has already taken nearly 1000 hours of my life lol, but may try Ninja Gaiden next. But also really wanna play Stellar Blade and Elden Ring DLC so dunno haha.
@@FlyBoysWareHouse well then I strongly recommend u download the new NGS2 black mod from Nexus as well. Cuz the collection contains the Sigma series of the first two games instead of the originals due to Microsoft's copyright, and they r generally worse (especially s2) than the originals. Without the mods, Sigma 2 will probably give u the worst experience from the series.

I definitely like what I see. Combat need polishing but you're on a eight path. Hitboxes seems off and you should give more weight to attacks.
Take inspiration from Sekiro precision.

This was supposed to come out this year; did Wukong's success scare it off? I really hate the overused mechanic of having to break stamina or guard in order to hit the opponent.

Need more stealth kills and tricking acrobatic flips mid air 🤣 But sometimes it is unnecessary during combat ☝️ Maybe as a dodge or two. This gave me flashbacks of magic cop, the protagonist got some epic kicks against the muscle guy in the locker toom chase scene

I mean, it looks cool. I'm getting a little burned out on all this Asian themed stuff, even though I typically love it. Not going to lie- I e always dig Japanese over all else. Don't know why. For me, Rise of the Ronin was really fun and looked awesome once I tweeked the visuals and stuff. I want to play Black Myth just because I've been following it for years, and I guess I'm on board for this as well. I just wouldn't mind some games that go into diff territory. Like, where is an American Indian game? Other than parts of RDR-rdr2, Assassin's Creed 3, and Gun(15 years ago), we've never really got much in that area. An Incan or Mayan game would just rock. I'd also like to maybe see an ocean game based on Moby Dick and whale hunting set in the 1700's. I'd also like some more survival animal sims- like predator sims or more stuff like that shark game from ps4.
At the end of ps2, we had all this creative shit going on but haven't seen that world since.

Mechanics are awesome but the metal clash is off and the game just looks way to damn easy the bosses and enemies are barely putting up a fight and on top of that when the assassination jump you did it was like you magnetized to the enemy which was very terrible just hope that since the game is still in development that the faults are corrected still a dope game

Needs a better soundtrack to make the boss fights feel more impactful, fix the sfx delay on the parrys/blocks and i assume that this game will have a harder difficulty, or they tuned down boss healthpools and dmg for the sake of testing. But the game looks beautiful, people say it looks soulless but I personally like the dark theme and less vibrant world. Its just very obviously still in development, still very impressed by how its turning out

Вот, а этой игре есть все что нужно: драйвовое фехтование, мрачная атмосфера, красивая музыка, главный герой не говно в прорубе как в слоупоклайках, а имеет статусность, профиль, заставляет врагов себя уважать. По моему глубокому убеждению современные игры начиная с 13 года стали абсолютной ересью существующие с одной целью - обогатить фирму которая делает очередной отсасин, но эта игра возвращает к чему то старому, к чему то хорошему.

I’ll be honest this gameplay looks worse than what was shown in the trailers, looks similar to souls game with the target lock mechanic.. the trailers just had me believing the action was a lot more complex
I appreciate the actual gameplay demo and there will probably be a lot to enjoy here still

Besides, from some showcases by other players, there's a boss who can cut the player's head off, and the dev promised to add more delimb details to the game. It's been a long time since we got a gore ACT.
