Two things. First, counting is a "frowned upon" technique used to win card games in casinos. Second, he said that line as a subtle way of telling him to fuck off.
Wrong. He's a floor guy. By telling him to go count something, he's telling him to go to the cash or chip room and count dollar bills and chips(cheques). And he's telling him to fuck off.

I remember my dad saw this with my sis and I and this movie was in our heads rent free for a while. His “This is for Mandela” line had us cracking up for weeks. The entire series was something my family and I loved. Haven’t seen a buddy cop film as good since then. Some were kind of close but they all fall short

The Rush Hour Trilogy is simply *COMEDY GOLD.* Starting from Rush Hour, it's been my all time favourite movie. When they made the second one I was all for that one too, even the third one. Just having Jackie and Chris on the same movie just screams a good time watching. Absolutely Legendary.
