- Join us for an eventful vlog where we get back on Hyperia after it being shut for over 2 weeks for maintenance. We were lucky enough to get a front row ride but sadly it broke down not long after meaning it shut for the rest of the day.

Its such a great ride, the team were great wednesday and thursday cant wait to ride again.
I'll probably try Hyperia next year when it's working properly,,but fair play to those girls dancing about 10 in the morning., I was knackered just watching them.
Luckily I managed to get a ride on the back right before it closed yesterday! I don’t think the stopping on the lift hill is a lift hill issue. Engineers checked the motor in the afternoon and then it started testing again so I think it’s a sensor issue as when one train goes into the break run, it takes forever to hit the station so I think it’s overly sensitive which keeps stopping the lift hill.
Maybe the issue is with the speed of the chain, which causes excessive strain on the chain? They might need to slow down the chain, but that would heavily slow down operations of 2 trains
How hard is it to build a functioning rollercoaster in clown world? They got a bunch of dEI hires on the case or whit?
I’ve been saying for ages it should have tested a good week or so before opening on Wednesday. This will keep happening 😫

Do we know what issues it has been having, did they disclose anything?
I'm going to Thorpe Park in late September/first week of October and hoping the teething problems are sorted by then, it's too far to drive and then not be able to get on it. Last time I went was in 2010 so I'm looking forwards to getting to ride Swarm too. Can someone familiar with the park recommend the best days around that time to go? Is there a certain best day?
They have not disclosed anything about what the issue has been but today it has been running non stop without a single closure so far compared to yesterday where is stopped within a couple of hours of opening
