    Castle with a functional midrange jumper is Jimmy Butler. Frankly unfair pairing him with Wemby

      @@joeymiddleton5821 you are under rating the Spurs ability to develop players. Put them in right development process, with the franchise and city culture. And you forget Wemby also, playing the with him facilitâtes everything on the court. Stephon is already a great defender right now. He will improve in all areas for sure

    Spurs' rookie Stephon Castle 19yo, 6'6" is as tall as Jaylen Brown, Jaime Jacques Jr., and Derrick Jones Jr. but with better wingspan of 6'9". He is taller than Keldon Johnson and Devin Vassell in Spurs team, only OKC's SGAlexander of same height but with 7'0" wingspan...

    Don't be so sure for your 1,2,3 for next year. Another french, Nolan Traore is coming, 6.5 pg, better than than Tony Parker at the same age. And we all know in one year, some sure lottery picks could drastically fail, wouldn't be a first

    Not even close. McCain went 16th and will be a star - this year's Steph Curry/Donovan Mitchell. Tyler Smith going 33 will be this year's GG Jackson - a second round steal of a 6'9" combo forward who should have been a lottery pick. The Heat getting Ware at 15 is another great value - he might be every bit as talented a center as any in this draft.

    the ignorance by this dude is incredible. He calls himself an analyst but hasnt seen a single game of the number 1 pick.. he then goes to say "everybody knows who will win gold" about a team that got murdered TWICE in a row in the World Cup and wasnt even close to winning it.

      Hopefully. Getting too good too early will be bad for them. Mavericks got too good early so they werent able to develop young players for a potential dynasty with luka. GSW on the other hand, developed young players with the same timeline for the core of their dynasty. If spurs hit on their drafts and developed them at the same time, they will surely win multiple championships with wemby.

    Tristan Newton and Cam Spencer will be a better pros than Castle. There are real reasons he was a third, fourth or fifth option for UCONN. His understanding of offensive concepts is far behind his athleticism.

      @@jonm7888 it's just my take but I do see the potential in Castle. Just seems like there are a lot of older players making a significant impact in the pros. I certainly didn't see much potential in Jaquez but I think he's going to be pretty good.
