Hold Vol Down and Power simultaneously for a couple of seconds and that should power it off, then hold Vol Up and Power to turn back on into boot menu. It's difficult because if you hold too long it just restarts, but theres not really any indication that its off other than it not lighting up when you flip it open or shut.

This didn't work proper for me. I need to wipe the information cause of attachments to work. My screen will not respond when opening is there a way to do this just using the small front screen ?

Turn off demo mode (retail mode) should be somewhere in settings.
