100% Peaceful Negotiations in the Zombie Apocalypse - Fallout 4, Sim Settlements 2 - Episode 11

After helping Vault 81 with various issues. We head back to see what Jake has in store for us next. One thing leads to another... and then that leads to peaceful negotiations where we talk things out and everyone lives happily ever after.
In this episode we also visit Sanctuary where we can see the changes to the settlement buildings.
There's a heap of awesome fallout 4 mods in here. Settlement attacks, multiple companions, weapon mods, armor mods.. Loads of neato stuff.
This playthrough takes Fallout 4, and adds a tonne of zombies. All while trying to keep a settlement alive.
