Take the whole lot out in one unit. Undo the top mount bolts and where the arms are bolted to the car and take track rod end off majority of that might alread be snapped.
Get a socket smaller than the nut or a nut extractor, hammer the fuxxer on then use a gun with a full battery on full torque and use and impact socket with no extension. I take tractor wheel nuts of which are over 600Nm with a half inch Milwaukee and have no problem. Just takes someone whose not brain dead and who knows how to use the tools they’ve got properly to get er done.
When that happens replace and tighten the ones you have taken out. Then go to town on the damaged one. If the wheel has not been removed in a long time it’s good practice to slacken off every bolt/nut a 1/4 turn first starting with the locking nut as that is the weakest one regarding it’s torque strength. And slow down for pot holes in the future 👍
First rule is never use the impact gun first always crack off with propper tools not junk . People think it's nice and simple and everythings a 5 minute job when your a mechanic . I wish I had a pound for everyone who has said that to me . I'd prob be a multi millionaire 😊
If you are going to crack them with a gun, it really helps when the socket is quality. Loads of people using cheap impact sockets or just standard chome plated sockets to crack bolts off with a gun.
You learn how to drill and buy some really expensive drill bits. You need a stready hand. You could try find a socket for rounded bolts and that will fit within the wheel. Or weld on an old socket. Better to tig it for the least damage, mig and arc will leave splatter in the surface of the wheel
Drill the head off nut make sure your in centre of nut start off with say 5 mm then gradually open it up to 14mm you will probably need to replace the wheel stud but there only cheap cheaper than buying a wheel
Get a mobile welder then take it off. I had the same issue when I lost my locking wheel Not and they broke there tool in it so they welded on to it and smashed it off
That ain't no tyre specialist. £50 cash.. laughable 😂😂😂
I would pay that all day long

yep u better read this comment
Take it to a garage, get them to weld a socket on and then it will come off. I have been in the same position and did that and it worked first time 👍🏼
Personally, I would get some heat on the area so that it expands and then try it again
Was about to comment that haha you right heat the shit out of it
Heat up the nut and use a wrench on it with a scaffold bar, it'll give you far greater leverage
You could of used a small die grinder, you would need to replace the studs after

Best bit he asks for £50 never got it off tyre specialist😂😂
Irwin make sockets for taking off rounded bolts. Get them pronto, they will become your forever friends😅

Sorry mate but as a mechanic myself, that car is a shed !! 😂
Nip the other bolts back up to take some pressure off then try? Also sometimes if you tighten it itll crack it to enable it to undo..

That wheel is repairable 😂
Scaff bar for leverage make sure the cars not jacked up to crack it 1st
That torque wrench is going to be useless after using it as a breaker bar 😂

Back wheel has smashed off a kerb
Weld a old socket on to it
You need to crack the nuts while weight is on the wheels. Knew the sketchers was a dead giveaway that he's not got a clue🤣

I mean if the big Milwaukee can’t get it off. Nothing will
Bro as a ex tyre fitter please get a breaker bar and some impact sockets
Don’t get a tyre specialist get an actual mechanic. My man was using a torque wrench and a breaker bar 😂
Take the shock off with the wheel.
Get someone to heat it up and then get it off
You need to use a chisel or drill
Heat and hammer repeat untill it comes off
Kerb side rescue give them a call
You need to weld something onto it then itll turn
Time to cut it off. You want new alloys anyhow right?
Get a mobile welder then take it off. I had the same issue when I lost my locking wheel
Not and they broke there tool in it so they welded on to it and smashed it off
😂
Heat it up
Heat
Weld a spare piece of pipe to it and you’re golden
Get a professional use heat 🔥 to take it off, mate
Drill it out
I will get that off no problem
Would have told him todo one 😂😂 can’t even do his job.
Get someone competent. I could get it off. Just cos you pay someone doesn’t mean they are good at what they do. Professional is a poorly used word.
You selling these wheels on the raffle site lad get a another scam going before you raffle the car you big scammer
It belonged to a woman mate , its been driven up a kerb at 90 😂
Drill it out
Drill it out
