Nice. You purchased the newest one they have. Hopefully you won’t have anymore problems with losing tokens. This machine is more modern. I have seen all their videos and the tool is phenomenal. It’s very expensive though. But it’s the best tool you can get to program cars. I just can’t stand their token based system. It’s expensive for a normal person. But I think it’s worth every penny if you are a locksmith.

I thought you were done with token base programmers because of cost . You still having to charge more using that . I would like to have one but cost vs profit to me it's not worth it I still use Xhorse x100 pro pad2
Yes, I thought I was too, but then I had a few calls for a few cars, and the Lonsdor would not do it, and I was looking at the MVP and it was making me mad, as I just did not want to put more money into it.. But then I looked over the Smart pro, and I get 3 months free, and 10 software, then I will buy 250 tokens, so it will be about $16.50 per token. So its not so bad, when you only use the smart pro 25% of the time, most of the time I will be using the Lonsdor, and just use the Smart pro as a backup, It should give me a backup for 5-8 years, and have the latest cars etc
@@dasppg9737 I have the Auto Pro Pad and have to pay an annual fee of 600. You still pay a fee but it is affordable compared to anything else that is comparable on coverage. There is still no one programmer that will do every car out there unfortunately. I do like the looks of the Autel IM 608 and that usually means a purchase is around the corner. I like the programming steps and that it does Mercedes infared keys with good eeprom functionality.
Dr. Lock.. i recently met up with someone using this machine to have him program a fob for me for a 2008 porsche cayenne and it would have been the first one he would have done but he couldnt get it to program anything. I have the original key with remote but the internals were damaged when i got the car so i cant use the remote to lock/unlock or anything and the car says replace fob battery. Car runs and drives fine. Did he make an error in his programming or does this machine not support this car?

Sorry I have not done a Porsche, from memory its on the menu, so I would of thought it would work
