Beautiful suburb. 🙌 👍The roads are so neat. As per video description that you stated above, I can feel that it is really a high end suburb. I also spotted some buildings of Tudorian style esp along Toorak road. Many thanks for this nice drive 👏 👏👏
I know a few ppl who reside in these expensive, high value areas, 1 of them being my older brother, and he says it’s not so much the value of the property that defines your standard of living, it’s the annual cost of the upkeep. Costs like water, electricity & gas, council rates, gardening costs, and land tax if you happen to be able to afford a rental property in these types of areas. You’ll see some big, impressive high value homes, and believe me, the people who live in them earn big salaries and work long hours to afford such places.
Toorak looks like a suburb you find find in London such as St John's Wood, very different from North America. Actually I much prefer suburbs in North America than UK.
