Years ago when I started seeing your videos I thought they were so slow and couldn't hold my interest. Now I enjoy being with you and watching you putter through your garden. You are so genuinely sweet and have such a beautiful spirit and I enjoy spending time with you. Thank you for taking the time to share with us 🌻
It was so sweet of your Grandma to give you those pretty garden items. I think you picked the right Begonia plant for your blue pedestal. Perfect. 😍 of course, the white Begonia is very pretty 😍. 🦋🫶
Getting those special little mementos from your gramma fills my heart and your garden with joy. Some of my favorite things were gifted from Mom's, Dad's and friends' gardens. The begonia you chose is perfect for the pedestal.
Jes you have the most beautiful ❤ place, being full time employed and busy with family and church you still maintain it amazingly, I know having all the rain you get and not over 100 degrees temps help but..... I truly believe the love you have for nature shows immensely, sweet placing of all the pieces from your grandparents ❤😊
Pretty sure it’s a bee … I think dragonflies have two sets of wings. 😊 My mom and stepdad had the prettiest gardens and after they had both passed away I went and dug up some of my mom’s favorite irises to add to my garden … every spring when they break dormancy it puts a smile on my face and floods me with memories of them and spending time at their home. As an aside … girl, I am 100% in agreement with you on hating having to wear shoes and socks! I go barefoot as often as possible … even in the snow! Lol
I take bowling balls and mosaic them. Then put them on a pedestal as a gazing ball. Look sweet in the gardens. Miss my Grandma Birde 👵 😞. Sweet garden art. 💚🙌🌿
Wow, your gardens are absolutely stunning right now! I love your begonia choice!! I have a feeling well be seeing a white one in the next movie 😂 I have to say that as soon as you sat that plant on the base I immediately seen another standard right there! A dappled willow????? 😂 If your area has garden tours I think you should be in it and win an award!! Happy gardening Jes, love you girl! ❤
Definitely go back for the white begonia! Also, you can glue that broken chunk of ceramic on your pedestal. Just make sure that whatever glue you choose will work on ceramic. I’ve done it before on a nice ceramic pot where a chunk broke off perfectly and I glued right back on and it has stayed glued for years and I still use the pot🌿🌹🌸🌿
Jess you need that white begonia for sure!!! When you were trying to decide I was rooting for the red but thinking BOTH. They make great house plants by the way or you can over winter them in your basement with a grow light.
My aunt gifted me with some cute items from her garden, too, when she moved to assisted living. Broke my heart but thankful I have those items. (Jes I even got some of her large rocks that she had edged her garden beds with.)😊 I can’t tell you how much I love your garden beds…absolutely beautiful like you❤
The begonia looks beautiful.. How lucky to be able to cherish the gifts your grandmother gave you..such a blessing ❤ I hope you have a wonderful day Jess… 🌸
You could take the birch logs you have behind the shed to make another pedestal to put the white hanging begonia on. I love how you repurpose items you have. I am also frugal and reuse as much as possible.
Such sweet garden items to remember your grandparents! And thank you for putting in the paths for the bunnies & chipmunks! And I have a pair of pink crocs that are forever old, I love them!
Jes...you will cherish those gifts from Grandma for a long time. You can even hand them down to your children one day. I have recently got some of my mother's statuary to put in my garden when my father passed. I love them dearly and think of her every time I am in the garden. Also I think it is a bee, a dragonfly has four wings. BTW...I love where you put it. Blessings to you!!!
The gifts from Grandma's garden is the most precious item in the garden. Can you possibly fix the pedestal with some sort of binder? Looks like it was a clean break. Love your movies Jess. ❤❤
I like the red begonia on the blue, but hope you go back for the white too cause it would look pretty with the other hostas! Maybe you can find a stand or even a pot upside down would give you some height there.
You can always paint the plastic pots. Of course, it's easier if the pot is empty. I've bought plants in containers that I liked the size or shape, but not the color. So I just bought some spray paint and changed the color of the container. By the way, that is a bee on that stake. Dragonflies have two wings on each side.
Jes, I have a birdbath pedestal and I put a gazing ball in mine with the blue in it. It looks Beautiful in my garden. My husband put rocks in a mesh bag to way into the pedestal. So it won’t break if the wind blows it out. It been there for years even in the cold Michigan weather. Just a thought!
Hi Jes, grandma was so sweet to give you her precious items for the garden. I love those kinds of gifts. So fun. 😊Your placements for them really looks great 👍 but you always do such a beautiful job. Hope we see the white Begonia in your garden next time it is beautiful 😍 will until next time God's blessings love ya take care 😊❤
Oh my goodness, Jes, this was THE best video. Your gardens are everyone's dream!!! Please do come back tomorrow and bring the white begonia!! It was soooo gorgeous, too! Your grandma is going to be so thrilled to see how fantastic her garden art looks in your gardens! I had a mile wide smile all the way through this video! Thanks so much for taking us along with you to the garden center! 💚💚
I would definitely go back and buy the other two planter’s you were deciding on since you have the gift card and then place and rearrange which ones looks good where even the peach one you have. Do you have an old plant stand too? Repaint the metal bug garden stake to make it your own .begonias winter over well as house plants and cuttings grow awesome in just plain water vases like plants too.
Love the treasures from your grandma!! Hopefully they can have a small garden at the new home. Love that begonia it sure looks amazing in that spot!!❤❤
This reminds me of when my Mom moved into her condo and left my childhood garden. I also miss my Grandma Lola so much, so you're so lucky to still have your Grandparents! She taught me so much, I attest most of my creativity to her. Beautiful hommage to your Grandma Jes! 💚🐝🦎
Jess, your gardens are so beautiful! I love watching your videos, you are so down to earth and sweet. I watch other garden videos where the person is sponsored by big companies, and I love them, but I can’t afford to plant hundreds of flowers at a time, like they do. Then I walk outside and my garden feels blah, compared to theirs. I have to remind myself they have big money and sponsors, and I don’t! So thank you for showing us that everyday people can make a beautiful garden as well! I would love to see the inside of your house sometime! I’m sure it’s awesome as well! Thanks and God bless!
Looks like body shape of a carpenter bee. I wouldn't paint it or change it. I think it's perfect! It has flowers on its wings, so not really intended to look realistic at all. Just fun garden art. Love all your gifts and where you chose to place them!
Jes, I finally found my fisherman, after I saw yours I've been hunting. So now the bridge. Please ask sweet Nately what degree he cut the frame boards where they meet and what size and how many he bought to make frame. I'd appreciate it as my daughter is going to try to make for me.
I'm glad you picked the red flowers, it goes with the red one in front, so pretty, I just hope the wind doesn't blow it off! So wonderful to have your Grandma's treasures to put in your garden, it must make her happy to see them there!
Love all your videos. Best of luck to the grandparents!!! I get confused with the placement of hosta's, some videos show shade, some show sun. I've noticed mine planted in shade flourish but don't bloom, those planted with some light sun bloom. What is your take on this since you have georgeous hostas? The hostas that get more shade are twice the size of those that get sun. Thanks for sharing your videos.
Jess, I wish I could talk to you when you are trying to decide. How about a tree stump to place your white planter on. Love how calm and relaxed you are.
Years ago when I started seeing your videos I thought they were so slow and couldn't hold my interest. Now I enjoy being with you and watching you putter through your garden. You are so genuinely sweet and have such a beautiful spirit and I enjoy spending time with you. Thank you for taking the time to share with us 🌻
That is really sweet! I hope flower friends enjoy my videos like this as well. ❤
Hi! Use E6000 glue will fix that blue bottom. And the welcome stand you received would look awesome by your front door. So jealous of your nursery 😊
I have successfully used E6000 to glue broken statues that I have in the garden. Easy to use and works well. Inexpensive fix also. Great advice!
I was rooting for the white one!

Thank You for showing the white begonia because I've never seen one before. I'm being drawn to white flowers these days... Thank You again.!

Sweet gifts from your grandmother~
Jess you should get some loctite glue for your pedestal .
Your garden is absolutely beautiful !!!!!❤❤❤❤🌷🌻🌹🌿

I think Jes that you definitely should go back and get the white one, it was so beautiful you could find a place for it somewhere.

A round gazing ball would look super cute on top of the base of the bird bath.
It all looks great, Jes! Great job!
The gifts from Grandma's garden is the most precious item in the garden. Can you possibly fix the pedestal with some sort of binder? Looks like it was a clean break. Love your movies Jess. ❤❤

Your amazing Jes! Beautiful yard your hard work pays off. Keep up and hopefully you keep sharing. Love to see growth in gardens.😊❤

The birdy shakin his tail feathers was the best!!!
Love everything you got and where you put them. I put a glaze ball in my old stand.
I was thinking get the white but once you placed the red it fit perfectly!

Can you bring some of your grandmother’s plants? It can be included in the sales contract
Go back love red one. Heehee huggicates!😊
Aren't things from grandma the best! Sure wish I could come stroll through your lovely garden!

Hands down it’s a bumblebee… 🐝 can’t believe you’ve never owned a pair of crocs… wow. They are the best footwear for everything. ❤
Oh my goodness, Jes, this was THE best video. Your gardens are everyone's dream!!! Please do come back tomorrow and bring the white begonia!! It was soooo gorgeous, too!

You crack me up when you say movie instead of video. Beautiful gardens ❤❤❤❤❤
Your garden is beautiful. Love your videos.
Wow! so beautiful, & the special gifts from your Grandma!!
I liked the red best there. But yes go back and get the white one. I was cheering while you was at the green house get both get both lol
Your garden is my absolute favorite on youtube. I love how you create every flowerbed with love. Keep up the awesome work.
You could put a flagstone on top of the blue base.
So peaceful!
Get an old bowling ball to put on it would be lovely!
I love it!!!
I would definitely go back and buy
the other two planter’s you were deciding on since you have the gift card and then place and rearrange which ones looks good where even the peach one you have. Do you have an old plant stand too? I was cheering for the red begonia! Also the whisper cracks me up every single time😂🤣
Love the treasures from your grandma!! Hopefully they can have a small garden at the new home. Love that begonia it sure looks amazing in that spot!!❤❤
How did you not walk out with plants? "This came from my grandmother's garden"
Lovely garden treasures from Grandma!!!! And I love that cool piece you found at the side of the road. What a great find!
This reminds me of when my Mom moved into her condo and left my childhood garden. I also miss my Grandma Lola so much, so you're so lucky to still have your Grandparents! She taught me so much, I attest most of my creativity to her. Beautiful hommage to your Grandma Jes! 💚🐝🦎

The red is perfect. I love red in the garden.
Love the new additional displays in your garden from your grandpa and grandma ❤❤❤
That's a BUMBLE BEE. yes paint it yellow & black
Oh my gosh, the bird!!! Hilarious!!
Your garden is so amazing!! Plus now you have some treasures from Grandma, great memories!!!!
Love how you placed all the gifts from your grandma in the garden…I think the one in rudbeckia is a Mason bee.
Looks like body shape of a carpenter bee. I wouldn't paint it or change it. I think it's perfect! It has flowers on its wings, so not really intended to look realistic at all. Just fun garden art. Love all your gifts and where you chose to place them!
Jess, you need to go to Goodwill and buy a blue plate to put on it
Your garden is beautiful, but it is also developing so much character under your loving care. Love your videos so much!
Jes, I finally found my fisherman, after I saw yours I've been hunting. So now the bridge. Please ask sweet Nately what degree he cut the frame boards where they meet and what size and how many he bought to make frame. I'd appreciate it as my daughter is going to try to make for me.

I think the pot with the blue flower and the Creeping Jenny would be pretty as well! Like your brothers guitar music too!
@lonaphillips9617 Me, too!!
How do you keep your Hostas from getting slug and snail holes? Your yard is beautiful and something to be proud of of
You might be able to put a gazing ball in the blue stand.
Love all the additions u added to ur gardens.
I like the green insect as it is. I enjoyed seeing you decide on the perfect plant for the pedestal.
Love your garden “gifts”. I also have a broken birdbath base…protect it over the winter as mine cracked more, but still usable and cherished.
❤❤❤❤😊
Dragonflies have 2 sets of wings. The body looks like a bee. So, my vote is your grandma gave you a bee.
So, they’re hopping down the bunny trail? 😊
Also, thanks for the review on crocs, I’ve been thinking about getting some 😊
A garden gazing ball would look so cute on your pedestal.
Beautiful love the additions ❤❤❤
This summer your garden just looks stunning!
Love all your videos. Best of luck to the grandparents!!! I get confused with the placement of hosta's, some videos show shade, some show sun. Bumblebee... dragonflies are long and narrow
