Have you already tested the new KT Ginxu Dragonfly SURF? I am thinking about getting the 145L version as intermediate beginner. From the specs (8,4 x 22,75) I hope that it could be the jack of all trades. What do you think?
DW boards are great for winging, especially in the smaller sizes. The Dragonfly Surf is really stable for sure, but the 145L is 8’4 and that length isn’t really ideal for winging. At that point, we recommend a light wind board, like the 6’8 Whitebird, as stable at the Dragonfly Surf 145L but a lot more adapted to winging: wingfoilprocenter.com/products/afs-whitebird?_pos=1&_psq=Whiteb&_ss=e&_v=1.0
Thanks for the info and doing this podcast guys. Your videos are a big part of taking the plunge and buying a setup. Though I may have found this a touch too late, bit worried I picked the wrong gear after listening. I’m 68kg and Ended up getting the North seek 5’1” 98L board, a 2000cm starboard foil with 82cm mast, and a 5.5m Armstrong A wing v2. Was no options to do lessons or try but got em now so we’ll see how it goes

What About renting a beginnersset. Like for x weeks. As Soon as you are able to make your first flights, then purchase your gear?
That's a great idea, but not sure if renting is cost effective or available at many places. If it is, then that's the best option for sure!
@@DamienLeroyRUclips we are making our beginners setup available for renting. We are figuring Out what a reasonable price is .
@@Wingfoilenleren Keep us posted on how it goes would be interested on the process and outcome! Appreciate you.
