I love seeing Sherpa and for a while I can put out of my mind he is gone. He had such a happy life with you Jamie. I saw a video of a street dog who had been shot in both eyes and an eat. As a result he was blind and missing an ear. This wonderful woman took him in and he is loved and has found happiness. Jamie I am so glad Sherpa had you. You are a one in a million pet owner. If I am blessed to own another dog, he/she will be a rescue dog. I wish there were more Jamie's and Sherpas in our world. AM

@@1292liam The post from Jamie: "I'm so sorry. It's time to say goodbye", was posted on the 18 of July. He, Jamie posted a video, and told us what happened at the vet.. I still get teary eyed. He also posted videos on his first day alone without Sherpa, and of his first walk alone.

Sherpa really did have a wonderful life. If only all dogs had a life like that.

I think this dog affected the entire world positively as much as Lassie! He was heaven sent and returned home after doing his mission here. God surely blessed this pup and Jaimie for sharing his goodness with all of us!

Jamie took an ordinary van and turned it into a very nice for him and Sherpa to to spend time in whether it be trips to the store or a holiday away. Jamie and Sherpa will forever wander the country in the their renovated van.💜💜💜
Sherps was always intitled to his own room. Shame he could'nt have one in the van as it would've looked really cool. Perhaps Jamie should have done bunk beds at the back of the van. Sherps could have his own room then. Decorate as he wanted to.
I see each day is becoming easier Jamie. Little steps at first will make massive strides. Life & home will become better. Why not have a dedicated Sherps area to keep his beds etc.......

This is the best way to remember Sherpa. He's talking to you. When your not ready or when you're ready a puppy would be thrilled to have you as an owner. You will never replace Sherpa. He will always be with you, It would be good to have a new responsibility. Not sure another pup would be quite as opinionated. Your doing so well, Jamie. The walks are great.
