In regards to your pepper bullet gun, some kid in my neighborhood thought it would be a fun idea to shoot pepper bullets at people's pets. The police arrested the kid and charged him with animal abuse. His parents were ordered by the court to pay the vet bills of all the neighbors who's pets were injured. If I recall correctly, that kid was sent to military school as a result.
