How can we take the model, from Github and train our own data on it. Like tons of PDFs and Word Documents, and then ask questions about it. and have it return answers?

You can either fine-tune the whole model on your data - or you can use something like LangChain and use in-context training!
Fine-tuning is compute expensive, so I wouldn't recommend it at this time.
