An hour and 20 minutes from Managua, just north of Popoyo.

How does this house differ from phase 2 houses?

Phase #2 houses are less expensive, up higher on the hill, better views, but 1 story houses instead of 2 story houses, with 3 beds and 2 baths, fully furnished.

As of now, it looks like that as we are still under construction. In this video we did not show the main pool and restaurant being built, along with other things, however once complete, it will have a skatepark, waterslides, restaurant and bar, golf area, pickleball, rock climbing and a lot more. At that time, we will make another video.
