I have been using Wii Fit as my exclusive exercising tool for the past year and a half - the social anxiety of gyms and the pandemic has caused me to question my habits. I KNOW that someone, out in this world, has picked up Wii Fit for their personal health during the pandemic. Anyways, what was I going to say? Yeah - use the workouts in the following order for effectiveness: a light jog in place or push-up exercise; then, in the “create your own routine” portion of Wii Fit Plus, select the “warmup” blue exercise, the pink column down, the yellow column down, the green column down, then the shoulders and back and relax activities. I have more than 200 hours in Wii Fit Plus and can truly say this is the best way to keep a high heart rate. If you and your doctor agree and you’re healthy and you’ve had past exercising experiences and you’re strong, taking a supplement (like C4) might also work out. Best of luck here.
I am praying to try this out on my wii Nintendo system and it will be great as a size for me to get off the bed in the phone to pay attention on my way and eat healthier it stopped me all the unnecessary stuff and stop drinking soda and start drinking water water is your best friend
