This reminds me of the Rochester Garbage Plate but cooler. This is like putting together stuff in the fridge post-hangover when you can't decide between breakfast, lunch or dinner so just have them all
It remains astonishing how cleanly Ben can eat even something like this. I know for a fact I'd look like an unsupervised toddler, have the sauce on walls and shi.

I think the idea they were going for is “hey our ribs are so tender you can pull the bones right out. Watch we’ll even show you by keeping the bones in the sandwich to pull them out yourself!” I’ve seen this in other restaurants where the bone is included and intended for you to pull out. It’s the experience, the wow factor if you will.
